Mr smith - No commission counting, no answer from affiliate program

Hi, first of all need to ask admin, why the main thread is still Harry affiliates? When i was promotin Harry casino, everything was ok, till the moment program migration to Mr Smith. Last month when i chek my stats, i take a look at my MR Smith affiliates stats and see that there is no INCOME counting when the Net Revenue was in +. So i msg 2 time to the e-mail adress provided at the program site, but still no answer on my question.

Any thoughts from other affiliates?

Although they appear separate, they are actually part of the Affiliate Lounge / Betsson group.
Try contacting them.
If you are still stuck, I can give you a good e-mail address.

Their reports are a bit strange - I have 2 lots of figures; I assume 1 lot is the legacy from Harry, and the other the new Mr Smith one. If one is negative & one is positive, they would cancel each other out.
