Did your emails mention that the new plan is "opt in?" The first paragraph of mine said:

Mr Affiliate is pleased the announce the implementation of a brand new commission plan which will come into effect on the 1st of June 2012. You have the option to remain on your existing commission plan or opt in for this new one.

It did not. My e-mail started with exactly the same paragraph as your e-mail, with the exception of "You have the option to remain on your existing commission plan or opt in for this new one." which was not included in mine.

I've expressed my thoughts privately to Gemma at Mr Green. They've permitted me to stay on the same plan, which is fine, but clearly not everyone is being offered the same thing.

I have so far had a good experience with Mr Green in terms of how helpful the UK aff manager is, BUT the conversion rate isn't good at the moment. My other concern is that the site seems to be focussed on free play or low value punters which i think might be not so good in terms of revenue generation....does anyone know any more on this?

I haven't seen a new depositor at Mr Green since April, despite sending the same quality and quantity of traffic. Things were fine up until then, then the conversion rate fell off a cliff. Did anyone else notice a similar change around April/May?

Edited: Looks like I finally got 1 new depositor today. Hopefully the dry spell is over.

I agree, plenty of signups but the odd depositor - commission is minimal.

It's a pity because they have a superb product (from a slots perspective)

Funny so many have had a drop in ndc since april.. We have also seen this, despite a steady traffic to their casino.

Also we never got the email about the change in program/plan..humm..

So which NetEnt casinos would you recommend?
Well, good ones seem to be Nordic bet, Come On and Vera & John (though I've had some players win BIG at V&J recently!)

Not that it is anyones business to tell you who to, or not to promote, but I just had a quick glance at your website and I have to advise caution and for you to possibly reconsider some of the sites you are listing:
Bet365, Betfair and William Hill (Aff Utd) are all marked as "predatory" here at AGD. (Go to the main forum home, and scroll down a lot!)
888 and Mansion I have reason to suspect of shaving. (No conclusive proof)

Note: Bet365 is a top class operation, the only reason they are predatory is they have Negative Carry Over which can be a real killer for small affiliates (I speak from 2.5 years in the red - a bitter experience!)

My conversion rate fell of a cliff, too. Although I could keep my original deal. Before May I had around 30-40 new depositors, now it's about 5-10 NDC. It seems suspicious, but it could be just because of the summer. People go rather outside than play casino games online.

Commission is okay, neither dropped nor risen.

@KasinoKing Nordic Bet is great, but only for Scandinavian traffic. (This offer is only valid for customers from the following countries: Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway.)

I thought about that, but since I didn't see a sudden drop like that at similar brands, I have been wondering if something else is/was going on. It's been full steam ahead everywhere else; the sudden drop in conversions only happened at Mr Green.

To date we haven't had any luck with Mr Green and we've been marketing them for over a year now. I echo KK's sentiments.

Dear Affiliate

As of the 21st of August 2012 there will be a slight amendment in the affiliate services agreement specifically point 4.2. The new term states that 'The commission is calculated at the end of each month and payments shall be performed within the first ten days of each calendar month.' Should you have any queries regarding this please do not hesitate to ask.

Kind Regards

Gemma Pritchard

Affiliates Coordinator

OLD: The commission is calculated at the end of each month and payments shall be performed within the first four days of each calendar month. If the first four days are bank holidays, money will be deposited on the next work day. When the money has been deposited in the Affiliate’s account, the Affiliate may make withdrawals of 10 Euro or more of the balance

I have been working with Mrgreen for 4 years, I will probably remove them now. In first commission was going up, but for 4 years every month same commission around 1k+ euro. Never up never down. I work with a lot of other sites and they all go up in general. And we do send them a lot of NDC.

On other brands that I have same NDC I at least get 10k+ every month. I think something fuzzy is going on here. It wasnt like this before the change to their new affiliate program.

Can they be removing players?

I'm not at all taking away from other affiliates' experience - I'm normally up there with the first to criticise a program's performance, but I'd like to say my own experience with Mr Green hasn't been bad. Conversions have been decent and revenue is gradually increasing month-on-month. Of course, we know that some casinos shift better than others for each of us.

Our Experience with Mrgreen is also excellent.

We have a scandinavian playerbase and they convert a little better than average for the premium brands. Where they really outperform is in monetisation (retention). Our playervalue at mrgreen is by far the highest of the netent brands in Scandinavia, especially in the countries they do TV ads.

Cheers
