In November, we started promoting Kats Casino and New FunClub Casino. Both of these
casinos are powered by RTG, and they use the standard affiliate backend from RTG.
In mid-December (our 2nd month), we noticed that the stats showed a GrossWin of around $14K with a NetWin of a little over
$11K where we ended up with roughly $5,550 earned. We contacted the affiliate manager around that time. He said he would check
the stats for our account, but he never got back to us until January 9th. He told us on January 9th that he just got back from vacation.
To our surprise, he tells us that the RTG backend incorrectly calculated the Gross Revenue and that we do not have any earnings.
He goes on to say:
From our years of experience with the RTG backend, the bonuses always tend to put the balance into the negative
which makes it hard to make money, because the bonuses can often times eat up the deposits if they are small.
I shared with him that I've never seen the bonuses show up as positive amounts (deposits) in the RTG backend.
The next day, he provides an earnings report that shows an amount earned of $5,304. He then tells us in the report
that this error is not with all RTG systems, but the way that Kats and New FunClub affiliate system was incorrectly setup.
At the end of December, we had 56 signups with a max free bonus available of $120. If you multiply 120x56
it equals $7,000 .. but the GrossWin amount that they say is bonuses that look like deposits is around $14K.
Also, this amount appeared before the 16th of the month, so we had less sign-ups (32) at the casino. As the month
progressed, we had more signups but the NetWin did not go up from bonuses, it actually went down roughly $246.
The affiliate ledger says we have earnings, but the affiliate manager says that the earnings in the account are
bonuses and its due to an error. One thing to note is that their are no deposits showing in any of the December stats.
What do you think? Have you ever experienced anything like this promoting brands with the standard RTG affiliate backend?

The RTG system uses a gross revenue calculation that includes all bonuses...instead of real money deposits only,
and bases the NetWin to include the bonus amounts as deposit amounts; which is incorrect; therefore the earnings
shown in your account is incorrect; as it's based on NetWin and not Net Gaming Revenue.
