Update, very sorry but we don't have progress on this case. Emails are not working and we are waiting for Skype invites to get accepted.

Sorry to say, but we didn't managed to get answers from Megapartners. We will be marking this case unresolved, and in case we get in contact with them we will assist further.

I think these guys have been long gone... After they changed ownership and migrated (shaved) to another platform, it's been very shady.
