My payment status for May has shown as "Paid" for two weeks now.
Wires only take 72 hours.

I have not received any payment.

C-planet will not answer emails requesting the tracking code or any information about the payment.

This is ROGUE behavior.

If they are having problems, they need to communicate with their affiliates about the problems and work on solutions, not just ignore the problems and hope the problems(or the affiliate) go away.

I said in an earlier post that from the way c-planet handled the QT seizures (they wiped out 10k of my earnings), I thought the program was in trouble and would not be able to pay affiliates. I hate to say it, but I think I was right.

I agree.
According to them, I've had no sign-ups and no earnings for nearly a year now, despite other comparable RTGs on my same web-pages doing OK...

Something just is not right. I know I should have dumped them months ago, well now I will - as soon as my holiday is over on Sunday.

@ Engineer

I don't believe it. (I do believe you got the email, I just don't believe c-planet)

As I said, MY payment status has shown as PAID for two weeks, actually showed PAID on the 6th. As I asked for and was told I would receive an 'early' payment.

My complete wire details were submitted directly to the new aff manager, Ron through email, the middle of May. When I checked the payment details in the aff section of their site, on 6-3-11 the information was scrambled. I corrected it on 6-3-11, as per this thread/post...
http:// www. affiliateguarddog. com/forums/c-planet-t4105-p5.html#post27279

On 6-6-11 my payment status showed 'PAID'.

You'll also notice in that post dated 6-3 I told people they should check their wire info, because of my info being scrambled and I thought it may happen to others... Gee I was right...how about that...

added/ also note not a single response to my inquires about the status of the payment... In the past I would get a response within minutes... it has now been weeks, without a response.

lots0 has said they were very responsive to emails. However things changed probably a month or two before Ben left. Payments were getting late. As I recall, the month Ben pulled the pin some affiliates didn't get paid till the next month.

They used to do ok for me, not fantastic but I wasn't promoting them hard. However checking my stats they've not produced jack for me in 3 months, so thanks for adding this lots0 - time I kicked another program to the curb.

Cheers

Hi Lots0,

When you send emails regarding payments, tech issues etc, I forward them to appropriate people and get back to you. I always respond to you man, week in, week out. I cannot respond to all questions immediately since half the time I need to check with the appropriate team and get back to you.

Your payment was paid (and set to paid in our system) on Thursday the 15th. It has not bounced back. It should be in by today. Please let me know if it does not come in.

Kindly
Ron

Hi Ron, when C-Planet receives it's money back from Quicktender will you be reimbursing all the affiliates who you took money from as "chargebacks"?

Hi Leporello,
QT issue is not my decision. I asked about your question and if QT returns funds, then the corresponding QT chargebacks would be returned to partners, however, I have heard no such such news with regards to QT.

Good things about Cplanet:

1. Always pay me on time via MB/Neteller.
2. Convert very well. Best converting RTG for me and it's not really close.
3. Excellent backend with excellent reporting tools, my favorite in the industry I think.

Bad things about C-Planet

1. New AMs are awful compared to 6 months ago.
2. Average player value is abysmal.
3. Deposit caps for players in the USA.
4. Retention never goes past 30 days including high value players who tend to disappear and never redeposit.....
5. Make you pay for chargebacks that are not your actual players but the company's as a whole.
6. These days they have questionable trustworthiness (IMO).

If a casino group is too lazy to remove their funds from a web wallet, please explain to me how this becomes the affiliates problem?

The same kinda goes with Credit Card charge backs. If a casino group is not using Visa Secure or the equivalent for Master-card, AmEx etc...etc, I don't understand why affiliates are lumbered with these charges.

For a successful deposit via a credit card (using these type of security measures) the player must enter their account password which is initiated in the process of gaining card authorisation via the issuing bank for that credit card.

That password in not accessible via the card like a CC number. It's a totally separate, second layer of security to protect from credit card fraud. If a player then does a charge back, it's about a 99% chance that the card holder did make the charges and in fact is committing fraud by denying the charges.

The other 1% is likely a family member or friend. Either way the T&C's on acceptance of obtain a Credit Card normally has a clause which makes the card owner obligated for all charges - if from carelessness or giving out their password/pin.

Edit: Besides, as far as I'm aware online gaming venues use stringent security measures. Surely capturing an IP and computer ID is one of the security processes used - it certainly seems available and used when a player is accused of bonus abuse or fraud

Hence, why I find it totally ludicrous as to why there are high % of charge backs.

But of course the poor Affiliate is the one who either gets blamed and in most cases forced to wear not only a lot of charges but I dare say a lot of trumped up ones too. (btw that's not just focused at C-Planet but aff programs/online gaming venues on a whole).

Cheers

:)

CC processing for restricted zones (France/US etc) is usually uncoded so the usual CB dispute channels are pretty much blocked for the operator.
deposit propably passed in the first place due to LACK of securecode/3dsecure

Hmm no idea, as I do get paid by wire. Though, I just got paid today, so seems they are really behind this month.

I got paid about 4 days ago via wire from C-planet.... As someone said under bad things about c-planet:

"Bad things about C-Planet

4. Retention never goes past 30 days including high value players who tend to disappear and never redeposit....."

I had played at rushmore, with a 4k withdrawal it took almost 2 and a half months to receive after the cash out had been approved... I was told this was due to a processing issue, as I am in the USA.

This was enough to make me not want to deposit again, and i expect that is the same with the rest of the players, once they see how long a withdrawal takes, they won't come back.

This used to be one of my fav brands to promote, but its hard to promote someone you know will scare away players, and there will be not more then 1 deposit.

They DO pay... true, but so does affiliate edge and affactive casinos, and they don't take 2.5 months.... and if you look around on the forums this has been an ongoing issue for sometime now.

Just my issue with Cplanet..

Who are the affiliate managers at C-Planet and why are they not bothered about affiliates?

Seems like its an abandon ship type operation at the moment.

I agree pinkytoe... I'm in the process of replacing them with the brands from focal click, and have had awesome success already with minimal effort.. C-Planet used to be one of my favorites to promote, and I didn't want to give up on them, but they're really going downhill. I make maybe 1/5th of what i was making a year ago, with them, but all the other brands are remaining consistent.

Not bothered about players either, for at least the last year, which is FAR more worrying...

I agree with everyone else - they USED to be a top-notch operation about 2-years ago, but have gone down so far now that I don't know if they will ever come back.
I sincerely hope they do get back on track, but right now they seem to be more of a liability than an asset. :(
