No responds on 0% rev share

I have been an affiliate with them for years.
In the past send a lot of players, never made the big bucks, only a couple of hundred.

I still have them on my website.

Now I logged into my account a while back and noticed this:

Somehow I have 0% rev share and also €0 cpa?
I was never told about this.

I send them an email asking why this is and that this doesn't seem correct.
Only responds I got was, you didn't send us any players for months. Which I don't think matters, old players should still be able to play, earn rev share?

Now no responds for weeks.
Anybody have or had the same issues?
Maybe they now see this and can finally answer me and correct this?

Sorry to hear AGD has Hero affiliates in the predatory section because of this clause they have in their T&Cs. Fair programs would allow their partners to earn on the agreed rev share for old players. When the certification team reviewed their terms we did ask them to change this however they were not willing.


8.11 the Company wants to work with the best and most active Affiliates and because of this the Company may, at its sole discretion, opt to implement a minimum volumes requirement to the Affiliate account. Such minimum volume requirement, if implemented by the Company, shall operate as follows: the Affiliate shall be obliged send a minimum of 5 Referred Customers in any given month. In the first month where the Affiliate fails to send 5 Referred Customers ("the Minimum Volume Amount"), the Commission shall be reduced by 50%. If the Affiliate then fails in the following month to send the Minimum Volume Amount, their Commission shall be set to zero% until the Minimum Volume Amount is met.

I didn't know they had this clause. Did they add that later on? Or was this there from the beginning?
If that's the case I should dump them a.s.a.p.
But I also think it's very rude that they won't respond themselves.

I am almost 100% sure that this clause wasn't there when I first started promoting them, when they only had Casino Heroes.

I just find it very anoying when they first contact you, please promote our new brand. But when you ask something, no responds.

Just another shit affiliate partner added to the long list of shit partners ;-)
Got some work to do and remove them.
