Non-Payment Issue with Moonshine Partners (Vegaz, Haz, Horus, Kryptosino) - UNRESOLVED

Hello,

We have been promoting Vegaz Casino, Haz Casino, Horus Casino, and Kryptosino, brands from Moonshine Partners, on our site since December 2023. We have not received the due commission of 3837.8 EUR.

Here’s a brief timeline of the events:

• December 2023: We started promoting the mentioned brands.
• May 2024: We sent them an invoice for the commission.
• June 2024: They informed us of issues with their bank and asked if they could switch to crypto payment, which we agreed to.
• 16.7.2024: We were informed that the payment would be done either today or tomorrow.
• 17.7.2024: We were then told that the payment would be with us by the end of the week.
• 22.7.2024: We were assured the payment would be with us by 25.7.
• 25.7.2024: We were told that we would receive the payment the following day.
• 26.7.2024: Contact was made with the promise to solve the issue immediately.
• 29.7.2024: We were told, "On Friday we got the new wallets - as soon as you sent it, I sent to finance. I spoke with them this morning, and it's with you before the end of this month, so Wednesday 31.7 at the latest."
• 1.8.2024: Still no payment received.

Despite multiple assurances, the payment has not been processed.

This is unacceptable.

We expect Moonshine Partners and their associated brands to honor their commitments and pay the due commission promptly.

Same for me. Got told so many times that I will get paid a certain time and it gets delayed and delayed. I received payments but that are small payments in comparison what’s missing.

Yes first 3 payouts were fine, they paid them within the time window they promised. However then I did not get the payment for 1 month, and now it is stacking up. They did not mention paying in partials.

At least you also received something, what’s your payment method?

An invoice I sent a year ago is still not fully paid and after that, all the other months until today are also missing. Maybe I’ll receive everything until I’m dead (but for that I would need to live until I’m 5000 years old) - let’s see

I really don’t get the lies, why make so many promises when you can’t keep them true

Got our payment finally! "Pontus" took care of it. Bank transfer.

@MissExposé for me its still unresolved unfortunately. Got promised multiple times that I'll get paid and just got empty promises. Got paid once a month, but not like we agreed on - to clear all missing amounts in 3 months

What was promised and "confirmed" on 3. August was:
For August: Paying invoice #2 i sent fully (a little over 14k)
For September: Pay everything for one of their brands (~27k)
For October: Pay the rest until mid of October (Has to be a lot missing because of the revshare and the MANY MONTHS which im already waiting to get paid)

What have I received in 48 days? A lot of empty promises & lies, like always, and only 4400€

I'd like to add that I sent the #2 invoice to them on 29. August 2023. So im chasing this payment for OVER A YEAR now. What a great and trustworthy affiliate program.

I've never experienced such a shady way to push payments back, coming up with new lies everyday - really annoying!!

Payments were already slow as we receveid 01/23; 02/23; 04/24 commissions in late June and 06/23; 08/23; 09/23 commissions in late November.

It was also inconsistent as the following months were missing :

05/2023 commissions (4k)
06/2023 commissions (4k)

Despite countless messages every week, we only recevied empty promises "payment has been sent"; "i'll sent POP"; "please get back next week when it should have reached you".

What is frustrating is that our manager, Pontus, keeps coming up with new promises such as "Ok I'll handle everything today, trust me" even after all this time.

In the meantime from October 2023 to June 2024, an additionnal 6k of commissions were generated from previously registered players.

Our total due is now getting close to 30k.

Obviously, we delisted them a long time ago and we strongly advise others to do the same.

I really don’t get the lies, that makes the situation way worse. Why can’t he just be honest and stop lying all the time?

there has to be like 50k+ missing for me.

I also highly recommend NOT working with them.

Last time I got a response from them was like 3 weeks ago.

& Why are they not in the "rogue affiliate programs" section? They're clearly delaying payments for months/years for a lot of people - or not even paying some
