Betwize affiliates are theives, they have not paid me commission for two months, and the last contact i heard from conrad was that we would be paid by the 15th March and it is now the 29th and no payment, I spoke to conrad yesterday on skype and he informed me he has resigned from betwize affiliates because of issuses like this, so now they have not answered any emails, and seem like they are not going to pay me my commission owed to me, i am very upset about this like other affiliates who i know have not been paid also, andy if you can help with this please do i have also sent you an email, betwize should now be listed as a rogue group and not promoted by all affiliates...:mad:

I have sent a request to the owners of Betwize and will update this thread. In the meantime, I agree... AGD will rogue Betwize to be sure that affiliates do not sign up for their program.

I have received an update from Betwize. They are trying everything they can at the moment, it seems. Quote below:

BetWize Owners said:
Andrew

betWize had every intention of paying affiliates this month and preparations were made to begin paying affiliates.

However the main funders of betWize have pulled the funding due to a number of on-going operational issues with our services provider which resulted in us incurring losses due to unexplained inefficiencies. This has resulted in no cash flow and the operation is barely managing to tick over. We are however in the process of trying to resolve these issues as quickly as possible and recapitalise the business so we can continue to operate. The moment that betWize is in a position to continue operating all outstanding amounts will be settled.

We do understand that this is not an ideal situation for anyone and we completely appreciate the need to maintain AGD’s integrity. We would like to point out that this was not done intentionally or to steal earnings from affiliates. This is however something that we are dealing with on a day to day basis and are trying to resolve with urgency.

This quote was approved by their owner for release to AGD. I certainly hope they get on track, but be aware that it could take some time.

hmmm but wouldn't it at least make sense to let affiliates know whats going on and respond to their emails? I still think something is wrong, because i am sure they are still accepting player deposits, etc.. Also why tell us we will get paid in 48 hours then never pay and dont respond to emails? something is still very wrong here..

Update

Hi everyone i went to betwize casino website and saw this message

Betwize.com is no longer in operation.
If you have a Betwize account and are holding funds in your account, your money will still be available for you to access.
You will be contacted by email with details of how you can access your account.

They are thieves now they have closed and I am guessing this means we will never be paid

What a bunch of wankers!

Luckily I only promoted them for 1 month so I haven't lost a huge sum.
Still sucks though and reflects very badly on NetEnt IMHO.

Hi there,

EveryMatrix N.V should take resposibility for this situation and pay for its company which is being closed!!!

If EveryMatrix N.V is trustworthy and want to be in the gambling world have to pay to its affiliates. This situation cannot be accepted, otherwise similar situation will take place very often. EveryMatrix N.V should be warned and forced to pay its liabilities.

Update n betwise thieves..

Ok i have two updates on betwize today i recieved this email from betwize.

Dear XXXXXXX,

I am writing to inform you that Betwize is no longer in operation. Your account and all funds have been moved to guts.com

All your money is still accessible and you can now access your account at anytime on guts. using your old Betwize username and password. Your username is kinggamblers. You can deposit and withdraw funds at any time into this account.

Login at guts.com to enjoy the sports betting and over 100 great casino games, plus you’ve now got some great new products to play including poker, as well as being able to bet on the move with the Guts mobile sports betting site.

Best regards,

Betwize.com Customer Support Team

Ok so I decided to email gnuts affiliates and ask them if they were taking over affiliate matters also and below is the response I got .

Hello,

Guts has taken over the domain and operations, but not the affiliate agreements.
Regarding the affiliate payments, this is a responsibility of the operator, BetWize, as the affiliate has the relationship with the operator. Guts has no possibility to cover funds which is outside our control. An example of this could be a high CPA rate per depositing player, which is solely between you, the affiliate, and the operator, BetWize. In other words, we don't know what kind of amounts you are talking about either.
As we have no insight in the relationship between operator and affiliate, nothing can be done on our side.
You can only alert the competent authorities about BetWize behavior and to refer to the affiliate contract agreed upon registering as an affiliate.

So basically this looks like we will never get paid any commission at all, I am owed over 500 euros by these thieves and I would have thought guts should have honoured the affiliate program because now they will make all the continuing revenue on the players accquired and keep all the profits and not pay the affiliates that worked hard in the past to bring those players so they are also thieves, just not as bad as betwize affiliates.. I am very disgusted with these programs....

So it seems that we wont be paid anything at all from betwize or guts casino. I think they are both thieves, betwize for obvious reasons and guts because they will be stealing any commission that is made by the players that got transferred to them from betwize, I am totally pissed because I am owed over 500 euros and I worked hard to get plyers for betwize and now it is for nothing...
