I had a whitelabel a decade ago and it failed do the greed by the whitelabel provider (not softswiss).I think these calclulations are close to the truth @preditor. I will check with a friend of mine that owns a casino (if there is anything missing or if these numbers are correct)
The brakedown of costs was that netent charged a 15% bonus cost of the bonus amount. For example; 100€ deposit + 100€ bonus = 15€ bonuscost. However, our agreement was that we pay 100% of the bonuscost that is the whole 15€ to netent, but the provider charged us 100% of the total bonus amount the player recived.
This ment, the whitelabel provider made money of costs, by charging 100€ instead of 15€ - enabling then to profit 85€ for thin air!
This is why, no matter what costs the operators has, the very procentages can be missudes to profit the operator / casino / affiliate program more than what it looks and sounds like.
