We received the following email:
"Hi,

Last Wednesday, we successfully migrated Omni Slots to our new upgraded platform. As you understand this was a huge undertaking and involved a lot of complex technical tasks.

During the post-migration checks, we encountered one minor but also important issue in Egass, which prevents you at the moment to see your statistics from the 7th of april. There is no reason to worry, as always, all data is safe and secure. Egass scheduled a re-import at the beginning of next week, which will make sure that you will see the recent data again.

We apologise for the temporary inconvenience, we will immediately notify you once Egass resolved the issue.

Have a nice weekend!

Best regards,

Eric Roskamp

Can't be bothered to do a new thread but had a small account with them, not checked in for ages and saw there was a small balance of about 50€. Then saw they had a €500 payment threshold, ridiculous so asked for my account to be closed and they paid the balance as I'd never hit that threshold. They said no. Thanks then, you keep that money that I'll never get

For german partners you can use only bankwire and the minimum of €500 is really heavy. I already complained about but no further answer.

Some affiliates don't reach or it takes months to get paid, that's not good. And the reason fo this huge amounts are as always the fees that the have to pay. But this should be included into the fees they take from us.

Some affiliates don't reach

There's @AidanLCFC who they owe €50... Imagine how many others don't reach the €500 minimum threshold, and instead, give up trying. Nice little scam there, huh...

It's frustrating and i know what it means. We have also some partners where we will not reach the minimum from different reason.

At this point and regarding minimum payment i would not call it scam because i still hope that they find a better solution that justice all partners. But i confirm that this is procrastinate of payments.

What i would call definitely as scam is the case of AidanLCFC and closing accounts that outstanding amounts will not paid.

We do make exceptions for some affiliates if it's close to 500 euro threshold. But 50 euro is a bit too far away for that and we always had a 100 euro threshold.

Requesting to close your account because we don't make an exception for 50 euro will never help to reach the threshold. Better to see together how to reach the threshold and check the activity of your players.

@AidanLCFC made it pretty clear, he'd promoted your casino for a fair while. I've know the guy for literally years, he is a successful casino affiliate. I've been in the game 21 years, and for whatever reason, sometimes, no matter what you do/try, you can't get any traction on a promoted casino.

In the end, it's a waste of website space. Hence, you pull the casino, and try someone else.

Seems like this is the cases here. It's no one's fault. However, as it stands, AidanLCFC is owed 50 Euro. You guys made money which you've received. Then how about you simple pay AidanLCFC what he has earned too. This 500 Euro minimum is absurd. If other programs can have a €50 min, so can you ;)

It's a question of whether one is willing to do or not.

These costs for bank wire are already calculated into fees we have to pay.

To say
Better to see together how to reach the threshold and check the activity of your players.
is a joke when a partner wants to close his account. It's just excuses.

And i believe they don't think about to reduce the threshold back to €100.

How i mentioned it's only a way to procrastinate hard earned money because they exactly know that some partners take several months to reach the minimum of €500.

They knew exactly what they were doing and also know what their partners earn on average. It is a conscious calculation.

We don't know whether or when we reach the minimum. Maybe never or in some months. Because they offer no more e-wallet for us only bank wire.
