I will also look to establish how arbitration clauses would impact the dynamic - if the term is unlikely to be valid then an arbitrator could not make a valid ruling on a case without a court ruling on the validity of the clause.

That's the million dollar question (or is that the million GBP question), either way, it's something I've pondered since everything has come to light. Hypothetically, if a program breaches its contract with an affiliate, then wouldn't this make the arbitration clause void?

Hence, I find it bizarre as to why (in this case) it never reverted back to a mandatory court judgement, before any other action could be legally entered into.

I do not think that breaching one term means that all the rest is not valid anymore. If so, there's also not a contract anymore, which means also no ground for the payments you've received.

The big problem is that 99,9% - perhaps some bigger affiliates not - of all affiliates are working with the standard terms & conditions. These terms are made by the casino, overlooked by their legal experts dozens of time, etc.

I do a lot of work with both of them. I'll be happy to help you out. I PM'd you. Please don't reply to this post. It's cluttering the thread with off topic info. Thanks :)

It has been 4+ years since BOL has had any issues. That was, I believe, under old management/ownership. They have had only few, and minor, payment issues since.

Which one are you having conversion issues with? BestPartners or Commission.bz?

Hi

Im not sure Im picking this up correctly? Im happy with my conversions because we actually advise these customers so its just follow through to register. This is the first time we have put anyone to BOL and interestingly enough when our clients/players did a test withdrawal today it didnt function. Hoping it gets resolved tonight or Ill be pretty pissed

BetOnline has been getting DDoS'd pretty hard for all of March Madness. They instituted CloudFlare recently, but the attacks continue and are still forcing CloudFlare to shut down traffic from certain IP ranges, ISPs, countries, etc.

I wouldn't worry, but keep trying to withdraw. Sooner or later the cashier will function. And the attacks aren't likely to continue forever... and hopefully the longer they go on the more BOL can safeguard against future assaults.

Hi

Many thanks for the info its appreciated. I noticed the cloudfare at the weekend. The customer just received an email from their customer service which purely sent a link of what bitcoin is?? Im going to email my at Com.bz again to ask what is going on. I have a lot of customers lined up for them but I cant recommend if this is what happens especially at miniscule amounts.

Have you had issues with players yourself?

Thanks again!

They certainly have many more withdrawal methods than just Bitcoin. I'm not surprised they push crypto-currency though. It's cheaper and faster than legacy options. Besides BTC, they just started offering Dash and Bitcoin Cash for deposits and withdrawals. They had already added Litecoin and Ethereum a few months before.

However, depending on what market your customers are from, they should have things like eWallets (Neteller, Skrill), bank wires, paper checks, and numerous country-specific methods.

We don't really get any complaints about their cashier. In fact, we run a monthly payout report on our site, and have done so (albeit with a few breaks) since 2013. Whenever BOL and SBag sites were taken over by new management we started including them in our reports. They have always fared relatively well. (we source our reports from public forums and user voluntary user reports).

Morning!

I can report that the withdrawal was resolved the next day and though perhaps not in an ideal fashion it worked and quickly. Skrill was used. I have a number of registrations daily so if you like I can keep you well informed on all their transactions which should give you some good extra info

Forget to add, do you know if Biz need to get ID from affiliates before paying out commission? I had my hotel room ransacked last night so Im going to have to order all my ID. With the month end two days its not a great time! I wondered if I could direct my payments to my partner who can give ID. I havent heard from my contact there (Russ) all week but I'll try him again now. Any guidance you can provide would be great!

Hey, the more the merrier. I would actually love it if other affiliates contributed data to our reports. Most affiliates however don't work 1 to 1 with their clients and thus don't have access to the type of data we need to do our calculations... namely method of withdrawal, date requested, date received.

However, if you have access to that kind of data please share it with us. You can do so directly by leaving comments on the report (which we will delete but add to our database) or you can contact me via PM, or we can exchange Skypes. Whatever works.

Also, it's probably a good idea to start PM'ing me anyway or find another thread. I think we're a tad off topic for this thread :)

I was just speaking with Russ. Although he logged offline shortly thereafter. I have sent him a link to your post, though Im not really sure if he can tell what company/affiliate you are based on your AGD ID.

FWIW, if you are getting payouts via crypto like most affiliates, just stick any old address in there. It will be fine.
