Outstanding Payment from Moonshine Partners - RESOLVED

Hello!

We have an outstanding payment from Moonshine Partners of 1266.54 EUR for the month of May, which was supposed to be paid out between June 15-25. The last time I was in contact with our Affiliate Manager was two weeks ago, and she mentioned that there were delays affecting other affiliates as well, but that payments had started to be sent out.

The problem is the lack of communication, which I find incredibly unprofessional. It has been two weeks without a response from my Affiliate Manager, despite my request for an update. Previous payments have never been an issue as they were always on time and processed smoothly. I understand that delays can happen and that everyone, including those processing the payments, are humans, but it's the poor communication that makes me question the whole situation.

I was wondering if @MissExposé might be able to assist with this matter

I may have been unclear in my previous post. We have not received any payment despite being told two weeks ago that payments had started to be sent out.

We can confirm that the entire payment has been received.

We also want to clarify that we have been in contact with Pontus, who handled the payment, so our previous comment about not receiving any updates for two weeks was poorly worded and incorrect. We apologize if this caused any confusion, as we did not intend to portray them negatively. We understand that delays happen, and we are grateful that Pontus was able to solve the issue in the end.
