"As a result of Paddy Power Betfair's failings significant amounts of stolen money flowed through their exchange and this is simply not acceptable. Operators have a duty to all of their customers to seek to prevent the proceeds of crime from being used in gambling."

yes.

Having that in mind I also find it ok if companies like William Hill, 888, Sky, etc are slapped. Just a pity they aren't slapped any harder because a few millions are peanuts for them.

Have I missed something about Betfair / Paddy Power on the affiliate front here? I'm aware of the diminishing returns from exchange players at Betfair and lack of crossover payments from Paddy Power but is there more?
