Partners Casino Affiliates - payment delay, total ignore, IP block.

Hi, I really hope you can help us with problem we met.

Our team had been cooperating with Partners Casino Affiliates, and now we are waiting for our May payment request to be confirmed. Their managers are ignoring us for 2 weeks already.

We wrote to them on Skype, to email, to Telegram, to the support team. They blocked my IP Address so I have no access to their casino sites. And they cut off the conversation with me everywhere. The manager added the payment to the balance and confirmed the wallet lately (we managed to contact them from another skype account, the account is being ignored now too). We asked them to make a payment as it is the second month we are waiting for it. And now she just ignores us again. We can not withdraw 4680 EUR for 2 week already. I have not been told about any reason of the delay.

Guys, this is the real worst collaboration I've ever had as an account manager on a traffic team.

We literally wrote to them on mails, casino support, telegram. We created several new skype accounts that are currently being ignored as well.

Their customer support blocked me for asking to ask their affiliate manager to reply to me.
