I have had this problem for several years with Legend affiliates. Im 100% sure strange things going on with affiliate stats.
I have lot of SS and chats proving this (and yes I know AFGD is close friends with the affiliate manager so i expect no help but one is allowed to hope)

Could you elaborate further. On picture 1, we see the deposits, but no bets are present, could easily be future bets or no bets at all. On picture 2 the withdrawable threshold is 200$ therefore the 0$ under that column makes sense.

The gross win minus all of the bonuses that were handed out makes up for those 25$.

Not sure how Legend displays deposits and withdraws, but if it's like some other platforms if the player withdraws their winnings today and deposits them tomorrow it counts as a 2nd deposit, even though it's the same money - ex. deposits 100$, wins 20$, withdraws 120$ and deposits them on the next day, then loses half and withdraws 60$ and deposits them on the day after. You deposit column would show 280$ deposited, when in reality it was only a 100$.

During that time if he gets a bonus, that will go from the original 100$ and at the end the casino net wins may be somewhere in the likes of 50$ where you would get 17.50$ but would appear that it's 17.50$ from 280$ worth of deposits.

Whether this is the case here (most likely it is) has to be elaborated. All I am saying is that this can be easily explained with legitimate scenarios and is not necessarily anything weird.

From my personal experience with RTG affiliate stats, they are not laid out in the best manner. Not knowing how the calculations are performed, can leave people scratching their heads.

Stats can seem misleading but are legit because of times zones.

The best call of action is to simply Ping Martyn and ask him straight up...

FYI... I've known Martyn since he 1'st started as an AM, which was 16+ years ago.

I've never known him to cheat anyone. The guy walked out at Affiliate Edge, kissing holiday pay and what not goodbye because AE were scamming their affiliates.

There must be a logical explanation for this...

No players make deposits 4 days in a row ($518,07) without making a single bet... NO ONE..

Only $154 are given in bonuses/coupons/comps.....

I have promoted RTG brands for +20 years fultime and know RTG stats bether than most in the industry...

This is what is happening month after month for several years in a row, friends please check out your stats...

I have also " known"Martyn for +16 years and have chat with Martyn lot of times about this. He is in the pocket of the owners. It's not Martyn who's cheating but he's defending this.

If you too have known Martyn for 16+ years, which would indicate you've been in the industry a long-time. How is it you only joined AGD in 2019, GPWA in 2022... Frankly, you ask a LOT of noob questions. Questions which a seasoned long term affiliate wouldn't need to ask because they'd know the answer(s).

Your latest GPWA post...
A seasoned affiliate wouldn't ask such a noob question... "Best converting AU Australian casino", they'd know a LOT of other factors contribute to this answer. They'd know affiliate-site-A may consider ABC casino as the best AU casino... However, affiliate-site-B says that 123 casino is the best.

Reiterating... this isn't the type of a question a seasoned affiliate asks.

This however is definitely the type of question a noob affiliate asks.

Like other seasoned old-timers, I know a LOT of people in this industry. And, most folks know of or have at least heard of AussieDave because I've been doing this for 22 years.

Unknowns claiming X, in the process, trashing a well known and proven AM etc., etc.

The OP seems to run into a LOT of stats issues (most if not all post made to AGD) are claiming unethical behaviour by affiliate programs. I see a LOT of noobs doing this, don't see too many other affiliates doing it, other than flagging the obvious proven crooks.

If someone post actual proof that a program or AM is unethical, then I take notice. However the only thing I see in this thread are 2x screen captures from an RTG affiliate platform, which do not prove anything, other than, the OP doesn't know how to read or understand the data provided.

People ask me why I hardly post to forums anymore... this is exactly why.

Way to much smoke, mirrors, BS and skullduggery these days. I don't hold alliances with anyone, I certainly don't look the other way or worse, sweep dodgy-shit under the carpet.

So saying I and others have been manipulated by this "good guy crap", is not only insulting to my vast experience and knowledge as running multi watchdog sites for 2 decades, but also says anyone who trusts Martyn is a sucker. Yeah right mate o_O

Tony Montana 's line from Scarface: "How do you say it..."

Hi M*****l (AKA Casinodad), I did check this out on my phone while in Amsterdam last week hence the "Looks weird" comment, but I hadn't fully looked into it at that point.

I see you're getting personal with this too. This is sad to see. I thought you saved that just for Skype?

I must say though, I like that you waited a month to post this when you knew I would be out of the office, I'm not sure on your agenda here but let me just tell you, you're WAY off. If you're looking to muddy a name in the industry, then please do it to someone that HAS wronged you, or even others. I assume this is all because I didn't up your commission level when you asked? I have to be able to justify the percentages I give and right now I believe you're on a fair percentage for your current traffic levels - as we discussed on Skype back in January.

I'll take a look at this and get back to you directly, you'll likely copy and paste my reply anyway, so will save on the duplicate content for the AGD rankings.

* Edited to remove Casinodads name, he's staying under the radar on this one.

LA-Martyn replyed me and told me bets and earnings did not show up in stats from that player because of QUARANTINE due to a previous win... (another hiden fee)
On legendaffiliate site it is clear they dont do No Negative Carryover.
Perhaps it is my bad english there leading to these misunderstandings :(

BTW I asked you raise my % so I will end on a real 30-35 percentage for the revenue I send you.. Right now my revenue is below 20% :( I remember Affiliate Guard Dog made the test and ended on real 30% from from their 45% deal with you.

"To see what your real revenue share is, multiply your advertised revenue share rate by the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (69.7) eg."

  • 30% = 20.91%
  • 35% = 24.39%
  • 40% = 27.88%
  • 45% = 31.36%

Dont you think this is why I do not increase the traffic to you ??

I would again recommend affiliates to do your homework and review your stats.

Dear Mr Casinodad, I won't use your name here as the threat of breaking GDPR has already been issued over Skype.

This whole issue is because of your misunderstanding of what quarantine is and how quarantine works. Instead of asking the question directly with me, you post some pretty terrible things about how I'm the bad guy ripping everyone off and how people need to check their stats. You've jumped at the throat of something you don't fully comprehend and made assumptions, you've then gone all out to try and wreck a business based on the assumptions you've made.

After looking into this, it took me two minutes to link these stats to a player and then to discover that this player is in quarantine after the player won back in May this year. This player has been working off that win since. Quarantine is a place we put winning players so they don't negatively affect your future earnings. Instead, they play of that negative in a safe place so you can continue to earn from your other players. Once they have played back their win, they are immediately credited back to your account on the month end. These stats will be shown on the last day of the month. I did concede to the Mr Casinodad that it can be hard to get your head around this and how to link missing stats to a quarantined player, but with a cool head and a simple question this could have been settled easily without the need for the scaremongering above.

Mr Casinodad, you are again showing your ignorance with your comment about Quarantine being "another hidden fee" and even after explaining this to you and how it works over Skype you still continue to post your stabs at me/us. Again, likely agenda driven I think you've become blinded by your frustration with the industry/results and anything you don't understand is just us or whoever trying to rip you off.

I was kind of hoping for an apology for the name calling and playground insults, but I guess I'll just get over that with some counselling.

If anything good comes from this, I guess it's that education of how a program works is key. Not all programs work the same but at the same time I fully appreciate that affiliates deal with a lot of different programs and a lot of, lets say 'different' characters.

If you have been affected by any of the issues raised here relating to Legend Affiliates, or myself for that matter. I'd be more than happy to help you and discuss it sensibly, please get in touch and I'll help where I can.

Sincerely, "Mr Good Guy Crap"

Nice edit while I was replying. I'm not playing this game with you. I've come here and answered your accusations and your reply is to try make some other issue for me/us. You're clutching at straws now Casinodad and looking rather desperate. Please stop for your own sake.

No further comment from me.

Mr LA-Martyn you keep talking to your sick aunt and trying to convince people you're doing the right thing and run a fair affiliate program.
If you run a pure No Negative Carryover you dont need to put a player in QUARANTINE and not show bets and earnings. I have pay that big win back in may (with 0 earnings ofcurse) but now continue that lose for my account when player playing the win back in "QUARANTINE" mode.

BTW I edit my post as I like, nothing was removed from orginal post, ADDITIONS ONLY.

You are the desperate one and you are on thin ice.
Also no further comment from me and wish you good luck with your hidden fees.

@Casinodad I don't feel like Legend is the one on thin ice in this situation. You have come out insulting and making accusations you cannot prove. This program and Martyn have been around for YEARS and have never had any such complaints as you are throwing around.

Everyone in this biz knows and understands how a high roller quarantine works, instead of accepting the reason for these stats and maybe being polite in asking the program to be transparent and update the terms with how they manage a high roller rule, you send out rude unprofessional insults. My personal thoughts when I see an affiliate behave like you are, I don't give them much credit.

If you have been around for as long as you say, you would know that Martyn left a company that was cheating and stealing from affiliates. He went MONTHS trying to support a family with no income due to leaving the said job. Why did he do this? In support of all the affiliates in this industry.

BTW I asked you raise my % so I will end on a real 30-35 percentage for the revenue I send you..
LOL... You come here and insult, make accusations and then ask for a raise?

My only suggestion is to take this issue off the forum and be a professional and handle the issue in private. You are doing yourself no favors with this style of posting.

Unf$%#ing believable. Legend is doing right by the affiliates by enacting a quarantine and this guy slams one of the best AM's this business has ever seen.

If I was the AM on this, I'd pay whatever is due and close the affiliate account due to public abuse.

it's always the affiliates that make 1 or 200 dollars that burn the brands name and call them fraud for a couple of bucks, it never makes sense to burn your aff program for a couple of hundred bucks . you are obviously pretty new to understand how their system works you, can see how many people are defending him which gives you an idea on his credibility. you however have none

What do you not understand?
If Legends run a real no bundle and No Negative Carryover there is no need to use these creative QUARANTINE stunts (even without showing / disclosing this in stats)
It is a kind of hiden Negative Carryover, if player only play back lets sai 2900 of the orginal 3000 withdraw then you will newer get paied revenue for that 2900 which would have been the case without the QUARANTINE.
