We are currently facing a challenge with Ultra Partners regarding unpaid traffic. After many months of working together they stopped paying and have 2 unpaid invoices relating the final 2 months of working together. They have been unpaid since September now.
Despite attempts to resolve the issue, the account manager has stated that the decision to withhold payment is made solely by the CEO. Unfortunately we have no direct line of communication to address the matter further.
If anyone has experience dealing with similar issues at Ultra Partners or has information on how to contact their CEO, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
