Hello,

I have a payment problem with the company VasyCasino, they owe me since April the sum of : 343.96€ and for May: 30€.

TOTAL: 373.96€

My manager told me that the minimum payment threshold is 500€, which is not true.

Here's what it says before you sign up for their affiliate program: BLACK ON WHITE

6.1 Subject to your adherence with the provisions of the Affiliate Agreement, you will earn Commission in accordance with the Commission Structure on Net Revenue of New Customers referred by you to the : Glava LIMITED Websites. We retain the right to change the Commission percentage and method of calculation of Commission as we wish in accordance with this clause 6. The Commission shall be deemed to be exclusive of value added tax or any other applicable tax. VAT shall be payable into the account of the Affiliate in addition to the Commission except where in terms of Gibraltarlaw it is : Glava LIMITED who has to account for VAT in Gibraltar in relation to the Affiliate Programme (under reverse charge). In case of any change in the applicable VAT the Commission shall be adjusted so : Glava ssss position remains not more onerous than prior to the change.

LIMITED

6.2 The Commission is calculated at the end of each month and payments shall be made on a monthly basis in arrears, not later than the 10th of the following calendar month, provided that the amount due 50 (the "Minimum Threshold"). If the balance due is less than the Minimum Threshold, it shall be accumulated and carried over to the following month and shall be payable when the total Commission collectively exceeds the Minimum Threshold.

Please help me, because this is really not right, it's bad faith on their part!

Best regards, Tillou

@Tillou - are you requesting payment via bank transfer, crypto or e-wallet?
if via bank wire then the minimum threshold is usually 500euros as there is high fees associated with the method.

I can understand that, but on the affiliation site it's not marked anywhere, nothing is mentioned, my manager never told me about a minimum threshold of 500€, he even asked me to make an invoice for 343.96€. It says in black and white that it's a minimum of 50€ on the 10th of each month... If they want to play at that, I'll go and get the remaining 130€, but I really don't think that's honest.

Are you saying @melcb the affiliate program is not bound by their own T&C's, and say; do; or add/subtract/alter/change and do not have to honour their own T&C's. Surely not! o_O

The program clearly states:

6.2 The Commission is calculated at the end of each month and payments shall be made on a monthly basis in arrears, not later than the 10th of the following calendar month, provided that the amount due 50 (the "Minimum Threshold"). If the balance due is less than the Minimum Threshold, it shall be accumulated and carried over to the following month and shall be payable when the total Commission collectively exceeds the Minimum Threshold.

The OP has reached the "Minimum Threshold" as stated in clause: 6.2, he should be paid, no excuses.

When the OP (affiliate) is paid, then the program can alter/add/edit that clause to include the EU500 min for bank wire, but not before paying what is owed to this affiliate, via bank wire.

The T&C's are clear as day; as clear as the nose on one's face.

If the program omits a term/clause/rule, in this case, does not include a bank wire threshold, then the program is bound by THEIR OWN T&C's to pay affiliate(s) if the 50 (the "Minimum Threshold"), is reached.

Edit:
My advise... Before working with ANY program is obtain in writing from your AM, payment threshold(s).

Exactly AussieDave, especially since at no point is the minimum threshold written down or communicated to me. I hope a solution will be found, thanks in any case.

@Tillou - your Affiliate Manager requested an invoice for 343.96€.

Plus the "Minimum Threshold" contained in black and white in T&C's 6.2 clause.

Do you happen to have the correspondence from your AM, asking for the 343.96€ invoice?

@Tillou - I didn't doubt you, you've proved your word is solid :)

Thanks for sharing.

Hopefully the program will see their error, be accountable, and pay you!

Good evening @MissExposé,

I am adding an update to my complaint, I have now reached the sum of €573.96 (which is therefore eligible for them as I was told) I am now requesting full payment of this sum .

I add attached in red box the sums from bottom to top, for the months of April May and June.

Sincerely

Edit: I've received the payment for April and May 2024 373,96€, I'm only 200€ short from June, the dispute will be resolved afterwards. I'll keep you posted, thanks.
