Since October 2024, I have collaborated with a casino (Betflare), a brand from JoinAff Affiliate, on our streaming, but they have yet to pay the agreed-upon commission.
We started work from Oct2024, with agreed payment term of net 15, we provided them 25 depositing user's in oct month, in november we raised invoice and affiliate manager told us it'll paid soon,
But we didn't got payment and we didn't got any update from our manager as well, in the december month they finally reverted and said our traffic quality was poor, then they agreed to pay for 15 user's and after that till date no one from their team reverted to our texts they are ignoring our messages and seems like we are cheated,
i would like to ask from all of the members if we can get any help and anyhow we can get payment so we can cover our ad spent atleast.
