We received the following email:
"We are experiencing technical difficulties with our affiliate system provider Income Access.
This has meant that we are awaiting data to be populated within the affiliate system from the 2nd December onwards. The issue is being investigated as a top priority by Income Access and we have been informed that this is being worked on to be resolved ASAP.
Rest assured that once the data is populated back into the system no commissions will be effected.
We will update you as soon as the technical issue has been resolved by Income Access.
