Same situation here with payments to Skrill from Platin. I have been sending them invoices from October 2021 about my payments and also writing to Lena on Skype. Only in January 2022 (a week ago) they replied to my invoice email asking to update their address in my invoice, which I quickly did. As for now, still no payments.
It was much better with Platin in previous years, but last year is just frustrating.

I also have a feeling like they are short of staff or something right now. But why not hire more people then? (rhetorical question)
The communication with Lena has become a bit more difficult as in the past. Sometimes she don't answer again.
Don't know whether they have no more staff but the situation on previous years was another because one of their main market was germany and that has changed.
The customers has no fun to play with restrictions but i assume you know that. Some customers are surely continue playing but many other players are using now other platforms. So margins going down and other companies also already felt.
We can also see lately that always more companies has problems to pay their partners.
