Same situation here with payments to Skrill from Platin. I have been sending them invoices from October 2021 about my payments and also writing to Lena on Skype. Only in January 2022 (a week ago) they replied to my invoice email asking to update their address in my invoice, which I quickly did. As for now, still no payments.

It was much better with Platin in previous years, but last year is just frustrating.

I also have a feeling like they are short of staff or something right now. But why not hire more people then? (rhetorical question) :rolleyes:

The communication with Lena has become a bit more difficult as in the past. Sometimes she don't answer again.

Don't know whether they have no more staff but the situation on previous years was another because one of their main market was germany and that has changed.

The customers has no fun to play with restrictions but i assume you know that. Some customers are surely continue playing but many other players are using now other platforms. So margins going down and other companies also already felt.

We can also see lately that always more companies has problems to pay their partners.

@erikholzmanz as per the update we just received your invoice is being checked by Accounting with further information provided about commission breakdown. This should be solved soon and paid until the end of the month.

@ddown3 Please send the invoice for the open commissions.

Hi,
appologies for the troubles in communication here, invoice example sent now. He just needs to fill in his details and send back.

However just want to clarify some points here, we're requesting invoices since January 21 and we've sent several reminders regarding this change. So the fact one Affiliate didn't request payments for past 8 months or notified any of those info mails doesn't makes this requirement new or coming out of nowhere.

We're following maltese accounting and tax regulations here and also managed to speed up our payment process significantly with this change.

Anyway should have sent this example sheet earlier, so my bad and appologies for that. Considering this complaint as solved and any open balance will be paid after receival of proper invoice.

Update: member ddown3 sent the requested invoices as the representatives asked. Two of our last emails where we asked for updates are left unanswered, we just sent one more reminder email.

Yeah, I tought that everything will be resolved, but again we have issues with Platin Casino.

The manager asked for the invoices again, and now she hasn't replied anything to us for like 10 days, and we have not received the funds.
Would love to hear their thoughts on these issues with the payments...

Update, all recent emails we sent are left unanswered, today we sent one more. Member ddown3 confirmed via PM no payment arrived so far.

As member ddown3 didn't hear back from the representatives we decided to send one more reminder email. Our recent sent emails are also left unanswered.

Since all our emails are left unanswered and we have no new updates, the complaint is marked as unresolved. In case we do receive some new information we will update the thread.

Update: member ddown3 advised via PM payment is finally received.
