Player info needed - am I unreasonable?

I have a player at Winward casino who has withdrawn $500 every month for the last 5 months - wiping out ALL potential earnings from my other players.
Now I know the casino has a maximum cash-out of $500 per month, so it looks to me like the player won BIG and is patently cashing it out.

So I asked Malci how much the player won so I would know how many more months (or years!) this player would be withdrawing $500/month...
And she said she doesn't have that info!

Well I can't believe she doesn't have the players info - or at least that she couldn't find out.
But am I being unreasonable in asking for this info?

She may be telling you the truth... I have some experience with programs where the Affiliate Managers (or the people you're in contact with) really don't have access to all data.

In one program, the AM had to contact another department to get any more detailed information. In another program, the AM said he can't provide me any more information than what I see in the statistics.

If you don't like them, don't promote them, I guess.

No you're not being unreasonable. Not at all.If she doesn't have access to those numbers herself, I'm sure she knows who does have access.

If I were you, I'd want to know that too. It's nice to have some idea what to expect with earnings, so we know what we have in our budget for expenses.

I had a player withdraw $2K starting last sept and $1k each month thereafter for months at SV.

I also wanted to get an idea as to how much the player won so I could see how long it would take but I never found out. The player had been playing for a few years up until march of this year so put all or most of it back. Check the player history and see their behavior.

At RG winnings aren't caculated in at the time of the win like most programs, only when the withdrawal is actually approved. So even if the winning $$$ sits in the players account it doesn't affect commissions.

RG is actually a true %, Deposit – Withdrawal – Chargeback = Net Gaming

No funny money is deducted either.

Well it's beginning to look like that might be my only option - though I don't really want to do that.
Their casinos do have something different to offer gamblers - the only really bad thing about them is their ludicrous withdrawal limit policies which seriously deter any big players from playing there.
Oh - and a free-chip at one of their casinos which players can NEVER win from...

I've met Malci and she is very nice - but her response to this and some other queries I had about their other casinos left "a lot to be desired".
I've earned less than $1,000 in 3 years of promoting them - so it would be no big loss.
And with this current situation they are getting lots of FREE advertising for an undefined time period...

Yes you're right.
I guess I was hoping I could get them to see sense and make their operation more professional - but all I got back from Malci this-afternoon was "I don't like your tone and it's not pleasant working with you".
That was the final straw - it's obvious I'm not going to get them to be more realistic - so I have now removed them from all my sites.

Great shame as they had great potential - but there you go...

This doesn't make sense to me. if RJ doesn't have NCO, why are you getting penalized for the last 5 months.

This is nothing to do with NCO.

So if one player is withdrawing $500 every month (even without playing at all) it means my other players have to lose more than $500 in a month before I start earning anything!
If the player had been able to cash-out this big win in one lump sum the problem would have only been in one month - I would not have an issue with that.

It's clearly stated in their T&Cs.
This is from WinWard Casino (I added the bolding):

25. Players who haven't deposited in the last 60 days will be able to withdraw a maximum of $500 per month. This in order to avoid fraudulent activity such as money laundering and other.

27. All players that have been registered at the site less than 6 months will need to meet the following requirements prior to requesting a payout:
a. Must have processed at least 3 successful deposits at the site.
b. Payouts cannot exceed $500 over a period of 30 days i.e. one month, during the first 6 months.
c. The same payment method the player selected for deposits will be used to issue payouts, with the only exception being that the payment method is not available for payouts.
d. Our free money rules will NOT be affected by these criteria.

This is apparently common across all Top Game casinos - but I have never seen such a bizarre rule on any other platforms.

A search for Winward Casino quickly reveals thow they have been operating since almost day 1, many years ago. I do not think they would change their business ethics because they are consulted to do so.

If you referred players to Winward, I honestly feel much more sorry for them.

I can understand the rule of cashout in these times with processing issues, I also agree it is very low but I am not in agreement it is there to screw people over. I also don't see it a reason to be rogued either since players do have the option of reading rules before they deposit.

I have never seen Malci be rude to anyone, I have seen her many times go out of her way to help others. I almost think if she was stern maybe she was feeling she had been insulted? I don't know the full story but I must say that does not sound like her method. I think thinks could be fixed maybe if you talk calmly with her.

They have already been rogued on multiple websites for missing and delayed payments years ago. However, earlier this year they claimed their operation would be under "new management" (*cough cough*) after which their company was enlisted in a couple affiliate portals again.

Please allow me to explain few things;

At Revenue Giants we do not deduct any winning/ bonuses/ fun money from the commission.
Our formula is very simple; I always supported a simple formula as then the info is clear and transparent.
I strongly believe that affiliate programs shall not deduct money that is still in the system, however many program still do it.

As an affiliate in the past I never understood it nor liked it, therefore I never thought I should do the same for my program.
Thus, the information we generate from the sites is only the info we need in order to calculate the formula (money in vs money out). We do not have the winning amount or bonuses on RG, as we don’t consider it real money. Although if you ask any operators they do see it as real money. But I think as long as the money is still in the system its more likely will be used so why to deduct it from affiliate’s commission ?!

And indeed, in some occasions of an issue or if more info is needed that I don’t have on RG program, I contact the site and request it (apart from any personal info which is not available) and this is mainly if the affiliate has a clear concern.

Mark, in regards to your request, in fact I wont say its unreasonable request either, what is unreasonable is how you think insulting, attacking and demanding in unprofessional manner will get you any productive response. AM are there to assist and work with you as a partner and its your right to ask anything you want, and its up to them to use their power to get you that info. However, there shall be some respect when you communicate with your AM or anyone you do business with in a matter of fact. I’m not going to teach you how to behave, you are a big boy. But pls then don’t be surprised that I wont go above and beyond for you when you insult my integrity and my program on every single communication.

As for the withdrawals rules of Winward, truth to be told, I don’t like them, but Winward mentioned to me they are working to revise them. Yet, the rules are flexible and adjusted based on the player. If the player is more risky he gets the standard procedure, if Winward finds the player to be less risky they will open restrictions or allow him a withdrawals over $50k a month. Same goes for the VIP level etc. on Revenue Giants you can see clearly when a player registered and his life time info; some players you will see withdrawals at $500 a month other new registrations you may see with higher amount as noticed by other affiliates on this thread too.

If a real money balance is not considered real money just because the player won, something is very wrong. Perhaps there should be an additional term to simply clarify that customers with an overall profit are not welcomed at Winward.

It looks like the three "top winners" from the casino homepage will still have to wait a bit to receive their winnings, if they get luck enough...
