I think this is a white label casino run by CWC.... there are no affiliate tags
and everything from the flash casino to the affiliate signup page has club world all over it.

Did you find out which advertiser is doing this?
Are we allowed create casino looking sites like this advertiser of yours, and send through geo targeted traffic like this? Let me know please.

I am guessing creating a casino looking site should be out of the question, such a misrepresentation, and also acts like a casino but with no licensing.. or am i missing the boat here?

I guess the "About Us" page is not completely misleading. As it names Club World all over the About Us.

Now that I've found the affiliate link and realize what's going on. The About Us page seems to kind of make things ok. It is naming Club World as being and doing everything really.

Whether you're allowed to do this or not probably depends on how it's done. If you put something together that the casino thinks is fair and not too misleading, and ask them if it's ok, then they'll let you know I guess. I imagine they wouldn't want people to run a site like this without getting their approval in case some affiliates didn't have the About Us page worded that Club World is running the casino. Then the download is also Club World. Without the About Us page, it wouldn't be so cool. IMO
