Please welcome Boomtown Affiliates as a Platinum Sponsor here at AGD! Boomtown have been talking with us for quite some time now in regards to certification. During this time we have worked with them to ensure all issues are cleared up and their program is 100% affiliate-friendly. Marina has been excellent in regards to both communication and integrity and I am glad to finally count her and her team as part of the sponsored programs.

Boomtown Affiliates is the affiliate program for Mission2Game Casino (which runs Soft Magic Dice gaming software) and uses a custom affiliate backend with a good amount of reporting options along with the ability to run campaigns to further detail your tracking. Stats are constantly updated and about as close to real-time as you can get in this industry. [I still don't suggest watching your stats that closely, unless you enjoy torture]

Commissions Structure ranges from 25% to 45% with NO NEGATIVE CARRYOVER and NO BUNDLING (at this time as there is only 1 casino property).

More Good Information about Boomtown Affiliates:

  • Affiliate Manager is very responsive
  • Payments are ALWAYS on time
  • Casino converts and players seem to enjoy the games
  • More than 1 commissions model (Revenue Share {above}, CPA, Hybrid 20% commissions + $100 CPA)

Mission2Game Casino - This casino uses the Soft Magic Dice gaming platform (the only 1 of it's kind at the moment). The software is US-Friendly (allows US Players) and offers something different than the typicaly Net-Ent/Playtech/Microgaming style of games.

Affiliate Manager - Please get in contact with @Marina Boomtown for anything you need. She is 100% awesomely communicative and helpful.

Big, BIG mistake!
I was just about to start a new thread about these people, because today I got THREE septate "cold call" e-mails from 3 different people all trying to entice me to sign-up there, all within 90 minutes of each other... and one of them was from someone I've been communicating with for about 6 months!

They are so incompetent, they can't even spam sensibly!

The "Tanya" in the shot below is also from BoomTown - though I think Toy-Town Affiliates would be a better name for them...

I'm sure Marina will be by to respond asap. She is sleeping, probably.

Of course I don't think it is a mistake certifying and allowing them to sponsor. I know any spamming had halted a long while back when we talked about that issue. In any case, they have to adhere to our standards (which includes no spamming) - which means the sponsorship should ensure this does not continue to happen. 3 emails in less than 2 hours is a lot - I agree. It does have to stop and I am sure Marina will respond and speak to that.

I think you need to have a better suite of games to be honest they are ALL they same just different skins.... Also very very low payouts .. I will be standing by to see what happens with this spamming issue before I got full on with your casino on my sites. Welcome to AGD

Thank you bonustreak :)

I will check with my team regarding payouts. I know recently one player made from few cents $2k earnings.
If you need any additional information or have questions, I will be happy to have a chat with you.

Have a great day!

Welcome to the forum. I'm going to also wait to see how this pans out. I haven't played the games but have downloaded the casino. I'll give them whirl and then supply a brief overview of my experiences.

Two important things I couldn't find on the casino site were:
  • Who audits the casino games;
  • Where the casino is licensed and the licensing records.

Yep I agree 100%.

I also noticed my laptop slowed down considerably after I'd installed the software. First I thought it was hogging CPU or ram but those seemed ok. Besides the LP specs are: Win 7 64bit, i7 2.4 with 16gig ddr3 (Kingston low latency), dedicated Nvidia GPU. It's a high end laptop. So it shouldn't be slowing it down.

Digging deeper, while I didn't find the cause, I did discover the casino software installs an update tool into my services.msc on Win 7. - I'll add without my permission or knowledge. No other casino platform does this!!!

For those who don't know what this is... Services is similar to your Registry DB, without it your OS wont work. Entries in the Services.msc control everything from your internet connections, PC security, printers etc etc. Entries in here control and open all manner of helper programs to run your OS.

Firstly I have a BIG issue with not being informed about this. In my mind, it's like a covert drive-by.
It's my system (PC) not the casino's. IMO they have no right to install sh#t I don't know is being installed!

Hence adding this program to my services.msc without my permission, is not cool!

With all due respect to the AGD Cert Team...

While checking that tracking and Aff T&C's are in order for affiliates, I also think, other tests to make sure both certified and paid sponsers are safe for the players we refer, would also be a good practice in due diligence and duty of care... just sayin ;)

Firstly - as an Electrical Engineer AND one who designs software systems and specs out computer systems for large manufacturers... this is simply not true. Services are nothing like the registry. Services are processes/applications that run at the start (typically, but not always) of your OS. Most software applications of any note these days have at least one services component to them.

Most large applications have a services component simply for updates. They typically have other services components as well which control any number of things. SQL Server, for example has quite a few services... but I don't think we would scream at Microsoft for required application services and components (SQL Agent, Transaction Coordinator, Analysis Services... even SQL Server itself runs as a service). It's so common to have services, in fact, that about 95-98% of the software I build for manufacturers has a services component to it. It's needed and required for many applications.

Anyway... let's not spread false gloom and doom. This isn't covert, this isn't malicious... it's pretty damn common.

So your saying a PC can run without Services.msc then, really!!!

And I never said it was "like" the registry. I said "similar" in that the OS needs both to operate ;)
Please don't twist my words around to try and make me look like a fool. That's uncool too!

We did our due diligence. Just sayin.

I beg to differ. Not the 1'st time the balls been dropped, with these certs... just sayin.

PS... Might be a good time to take a look at the words on my avatar... just sayin :D

I have to disagree with this statement. Yes, they all look and sound very similar - just like most RTG slots do. But they are not all the same. I used to play these games a lot and regularly at All Star Slots when it was one of the first Wizard Gaming Software casinos to open in 2008. (Wizard Gaming is now called Soft Magic Dice).
Happily Ever After, Main Course and Divin' for Pearls were my favourite slots, though I did try lots of their other ones too.

KK on several of the slots you get the same amount of free spins.. Bet $4 to win 80 cents is not good IMO.. I see they have good potential I am saying as a player the slots are not all that appealing to me but I am going to market it anyway to see how others feel :)
It's true they don't have huge win potential - looking back through my records I see I only had 3 wins over x100.

But personally I prefer these low variance types of slots because the bonus rounds hit a lot more frequently than most other softwares, meaning they are more interesting and fun to play!
Of course, this means the feature payouts need to be lower compared to slots where it can take 100's of spins to get a feature - but if you get a few good ones close together you can still make a decent profit.

Here's one of my big wins: not even in free-spins - I hit this in normal base-game play:

Over the last year we have been working with affiliates and players to improve both the Casino and software operation which has resulted in many positive changes being made and our subsequent certification at AGD.

Regarding the Gaming license, we previously had a gaming license from Curacao, but due to changes within our structure we decided to obtain a license in a jurisdiction we feel will offer players the most protection and will update our site in the near future.

The Software SMD is accredited by PCI security, fully certified by Itech Labs and very reactive to any suggestions for necessary improvements. Therefore we appreciate and thank you for your continued feedback.
