The Affiliate Management team has been notified of the new post.
It was only posted Thursday evening and we have the weekend now. Lets give him a chance to reply and look into it?
@Guard Dog - maybe the notification system is on the blink, again. Cause the rep's last visit was July 17, 2017. Or maybe it's because of the weekend. I'm sure he'll pop in Monday/Tuesday
Hi,
Welcome to AGD
Maybe you missed that question, so I'll ask if you can please answer it, thanks:
Acording to your affiliate T&C's, you have certain GGR deductions, before the affiliate commission is arrived at. I quote:
5.3 (f) Net Win
Net Win = Gross Win minus bonuses, fraud costs, progressive (jackpot) contributions and network (admin) fee.
5.3 (d) Network (admin) Fee
The value of free credits, fraud adjustments or cash handed out to players by the casino or any other direct costs incurred to maintain the loyalty of a player (e.g. the cost of a gift to a player), costs paid to (gaming / operating) network's for use of their games / platform by players introduced to the casino by you.
What exactly are ALL these fee/deduction charges?
Can you please provide a breakdown of each fee and its assoicated cost/charge?
If or when a Chargeback is performed, what cost(s) are passed to the affiliate - EG:
Edit:
- If aff is on 40% commission, does the affiliate wear 40% of the total 100% chargeback + fee(s)?
- Or is the affiliate hit for 100% of these fees etc?
I took a quick look at the bonus T&C's a Joke Casino. One clause that stood out was this one:
So even if a player deposit's the max $500, to get the max bonus, wagers it 40x. The max a player can withdrawal from meeting the wagering of that bonus, is $2,500... hmmmm
- Max bonus conversion and withdrawal of real money is €2500, $2500, $CAD2500, $AUD2500, SEK 25000 or NOK 25000 from deposit bonus money conversion.
Also, (I maybe wrong) but reading the bonus terms, it seems that bonuses are automatically added. And, the only way to have a bonus removed, is to contact a CSR. I was just on the site, but the contact option (assuming live chat) is Offline. Hence, how can a player have a bonus removed, if support is "Offline"?
Or does this player have to wait for CSR to come back Online?
What hours do your support centre work?
I know a lot of question, but the more info affiliates have, the more likely they feel at ease with promoting the casino
Yes, you are correct - we do not allow more than 2500$ to be won by wagering bonus money. Otherwise the casino would go out of business.
provided it is cashable
- Bonuses are sticky - can not be withdrawn; deducted from withdrawal.
Oooops - my bad@KasinoKing - must have only skirted over my post, cause it's pretty clear from within the casino terms bonuses are sticky. AKA non-cashable-bonus. If they weren't (and instead were cashable) then it would certainly be a better deal for players taking a bonus.
IMO slots are 100% chance. They have EV that benefits the casino, for players using a bonus, so ALL slots should count towards 100% wagering. This theorectical BS which has crept in lately, when MGS casinos and alike valued slots at 100% wagering, is just another way to gain further advantage, from an already slanted footing - akin to a hollywood pre-nup.
Bonuses do not make a casino bad. I'm not sure how that makes you lose respect for me (I think that is what you are saying). I don't even take bonuses at casinos (when I played a lot). I did at first, but they all have WR and usually all that ends up happening is you play your winnings back to meet the WR.
I would rather all my players not use bonuses. I stopped promoting bonuses years ago because of that. Why does that make this casino bad or me 'wrong' in your eyes?
Seems like some are just ready to crucify with no reasoning behind what they are saying lately. I don't freakin' get it.
What he said!Andy no post was started bit wrong. I ment i have a lot of respect for you and tried to make an apology start as I was making my opinion heard. I will try make sentence bit different. I have a lot of respect for you running AGD and know it is lot of hard work. (i did not try to state i am losing or have lost respect for you) hope that makes that clear
I will try cut to the chase . I only asked how come a affiliate program gets certified here only by looking at the program itself and their terms and not the product/products/casinos they offer (promote) That is what i don't get to be honest. It is all good to list them here etc and give them trial but to make them certified automatic gives me trust that this program is brilliant and can make good money and players will love them.
Hope i have explained bit better Andy. This is not an attack against you I am only asking the question and trying to help here to make AGD better for us all and in my interest to help you.
That's all fine and dandy... once the player has signed up and found out what ongoing incentives you offer...Our bonus terms are not something carved in stone so they can't be changed, but at the moment, they reflect the company policy. We understand if you may feel this will not be appealing to some people, but we offer other things to more than make up for it, like providing free spins twice a week to depositing player and twice a month for non-depositing players. And most importantly, consider buying a TV - sure, it's nice to buy the best looking brand, but having that 5 year warranty sure helps. We are looking to do the same - give people more than a reason to join, we are giving players good reasons to stay and play.
