One question mate, the following TOS:
PlayAttack reserves the right to make changes in the Affiliate Program terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The current Terms and Conditions are considered to be operating at the moment. Changes to the Affiliate program Terms and Conditions are not recorded.

Hypothetically, if an affiliate signed up today, and the tomorrow the T&C's changed, is the affiliate locked-into to old TOS (T&C's) or are the new terms retroactively applied?

Thanks for good question. We work more than 2 years with current T&C and don't see any reasons to change it. The point you've indicated is kept for case of some unforeseen circumstances only.

By the way, have you got players from some new markets in your pocket?

If you're asking whether possible new RS % will be applied retroactively or not, please be sure it definitely wouldn't happen. Did I answer you question?

Their commission structure sounds over generous (though the fees need to be explained to be sure).

This is normal for program that based on CIS countries.
As i know, PlayAttack 2 or 3 years on market. Maybe more.
I never heared that they have problem with affiliates.
