If you spell out exactly what "bonus abuse" is in your T&Cs, then that term is acceptable.

If you do not spell it out, then "bonus abuse" could be anything the management decide it is.
That is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Players MUST know what rules are in place - otherwise how can they know if they are breaching them or not?

Opening multiple accounts is not bonus abuse - that is fraud, plain and simple.
No issue with that.

Bonus abuse will result in the suspension and/or closing of the player’s account.

With terms such as this it pretty much comes down to a matter of trust. For any crooked operator this paragraph could be perfectly used to confiscate any bonus related winnings. However, many decent casinos have similar terms but do not implement them in a negative way.

Casinos need to protect themselves to some extend but in the end honesty is what builds a solid reputation. Royal Panda have been hassle-free so far and open to any improvements, so they are ok in my book.

To those that been promoting this program, how is it now, a year later?

No complaints here!
Their performance over the last 12 months has been around average for a NetEnt Based casino.
They gave me a good deal, have a decent player welcome bonus and have always paid me between the 10th & 14th (when any pay was due).

Just gone into Baptism By Fire at Casinomeister - I would be shocked if they don't pass with flying colours!

Thought to give credit to Royal Panda management for removing their policy to not display deposits for affiliates on a revenue share agreement. While this should have never been done in the first place, it is still a positive sign that this is corrected.
