Welcome to AGD, Play Affiliates. I know nothing about your program, or Lucky247 Casino, but I am making a determined effort to support AGD-approved programs, so I promise to take a look tomorrow.

Andy, have you got a sub-aff link for affiliates?

To sign up through the sub-aff link, click the banner at the top of this page. ;D

My experience with Lucky247 has been positive so far. Conversions are above average, the casino is mobile-friendly, and the affiliate team knows what they are doing.

I was wrong when I said I hadn't heard of Lucky247.com - they've been spamming me for a little while and ignoring all my spam reports, including reports sent to affiliates@toplayaffiliates.com

I don't think I want to promote this program any more. Had more spam this morning and I don't promote spammers.

I can understand that new program still have bugs to work out.
Congrats and welcome to the forum.
I also am making an effort to get only Guard Dog approved online casinos on my sites, and I am interestd in mobile casino affiliation in the EU market soon, but not as of yet.

I do hope that this issue that FictionNet brings to light is addressed and reasonably resolved, or that the definition of a bad impression. I can understand working out kinks in your email servers/systems, and that a email batch queue can sometimes get stuck for a day, but yeah...

Pleased to meet you Lucky247

Hi FictionNet,

Firstly apologies for the late response we've been in transit to the Amsterdam convention.

Regarding the issue of spam - we take this very seriously, and have spoken to the affiliates in question to ensure this doesn't happen again - I must apologize for not replying to first spam notification email but this was actioned immediatelty. This was in fact two different affiliates that sent to your address - both have been spoken to since to ensure they remove your address.

We do take spam very seriously and definitely do not condone the practice thereof. I'd like to hereby encourage all affiliates to notify us of such practices so we can deal with accordingly.

I'd like to emphasize the fact we were not the ones directly sending the spam out, but ultimately we do take responsibility for our affiliate's behaviour.

While we are new as brand, we definitely are not new to the industry, and we certainly do not wish to take any shortcuts into the marketplace and value the AffiliateGuardDog community's opinion and insights.

Please mail me directly on mark@toplayaffiliates.com should you have any queries of the above issue or any other matter.

regards
Mark

Hi FictionNet

Apologies again - finally returned from Amsterdam & back in the office (also had a couple of issues with logging into this account to respond to you).

As if by some bizarre twist of fate the emails that you sent to affiliates@toplayaffiliates.com went to the junk email box - before I left on Saturday of last week for Amsterdam I'd seen the message you posted and immediately found the mails and actioned.

I contacted both of the affiliates in question, explained the issue and the penalty as well as supplying the emails that they'd sent as evidence.

Apologies again for not getting back to you about this issue & thanks for your understanding.

Regards
Mark
