I´ve made the experience PP made payments late of after request only.
They are not a program who get a bigger amount of traffic for different reasons.
Nonetheless i get 80 or 90 or 100$ commission each month while sending a couple of signups.

Last week i´ve asked the support about outstanding payments of 110.12 € from July (18th August). Got following mail:

My name is Amir and I am your new account manager at primegaming.

I paid your pending balance of €16.94 to your Neteller account : xxxxx

Please feel free to contact me if you need anything.

I reply with question regarding the wrong amount of commission and got this answer:

The reason your balance was €16.94 is due to the fact that the last player you sent was in February therefore your Rev Share has dropped from 25% to 2.5%

He sent a quote of the T&C:

2.10 Account Inactivity: In the event that any Affiliate fails to send, or otherwise refer, a new active depositing player within any consecutive 3 month period, then any Commission which would otherwise be due to that Affiliate in terms of these Terms and Conditions will , immediately and automatically, be reduced to 10% of the Commission that You would otherwise be entitled to. Once a new active depositor player has been sent, or otherwise referred, then the originally entitled and applicable Commission will be re-instated, and payment made in accordance with the normal terms in this regard, save that any Commission which was earned during the period of inactivity will be limited to 10% of the Commission that You would otherwise be entitled.

Seriously 2,5%?! I mean thats almost funny. And i get August commission in full because brought a FTD this days. But honestly i consider to blacklist them on my site :-D

If it were me, I'd ask for a deal without any quotas, and if they wouldn't give it to me - I would dump them.

Any program with a mindset like this, how could you possibly trust they would not renege again? And if they did, you can't do jack about it. At 2.5% your getting well and truly f#cked over here!

What's happening with Coral/Ladbroke's BS is extortion, so too is this.

Prime partners - this is yet another case of Monkey see Monkey do.

As side note, these bastards stole my players a few years back. Claiming they couldn't find my account. Clearly with this event, they are, as I've learned, lying sacks of turds. If it was me, I'd cut my loses and kick these crooks to the curb!

BTW - their certification needs to be removed, and drop-kick them into the pit for this predatory Horse$hit.

Clause 2.10 is in that T&Cs. But it states as it does above, reduction to 10%. Certainly not 2.5%.

I can not find 2.5% in any of these T&C's???!!!

I thought BP were unfair with 20%, but 2.5% is criminal, T&C's or not!

Complete silence from a certificated program, whereas their representative is already making bs excuses about this incredible cut off in another forum.

I never promoted any of the Prime Partners brands and certainly will not do so either after reading this. Throwing off an affiliate who already generated commission after just a few months is not the type of program I would trust or cooperate with.

The huge problem with a lot of EU operators are the hybris. I don´t no, but felt almost every day are a super fancy, game changer, monster casino open up his virtual doors. Almost 95% with exactly the same offers without ideas but a lot of marketing budget. Art the same time there are a couple of older participants. Some playing this "reputation" and "trust" card very well, investing in his established brand in any possible way ... other not :-D

They are being emailed, so basically just not responding. They are now in the predatory department.

I just noticed we got hit by this one. However a re-read of the terms shows that they have extended the inactivity period to 12 months from 3, as stated in the first post here.

Despite this they were still wiping out commissions that were earned within the 3-12 month period, meaning the implementation doesn't match the terms. So I contacted them and they have corrected their mistake and credited us with the difference.

So check your accounts people, you may be entitled to a square up.

It's dodgy, but even more dodgy because of their poor conversion. Their conversion (and retention) are way, way, way, below what's reasonable.

Actually we have the same problem and wasn't paid on revshare deal because of the inactivity clause. We are a longtime partner, unfortunately with not much traffic on it for different reasons like eenzoo said.

On two brands we have revshare deal and on one a CPA deal. CPA was paid but revshare not.

As we got partnership many years ago we closed a lifetime deal, so this clause should not affect us but it does.

We don't like any inactivity clauses or other predatory terms and normally we end the partnership if it comes not to an agreement.

I can say that we are not amused about and letting know already our manager about.

In this case it would be easy to say either our deal will stay remain without any clauses or we remove the brands from our lists.

If PrimeGaming stays further on this predatory term they get very fast a place on a not recommended partner list.

But before we do we give always the chance to discuss.

Finally they stay further on it's predatory terms, so they let us no other choise as too mark this pogram as not recommandable.

And we have also redirected their brands too more customer friendly casinos where take no fees for deposits and withdrawals.

Their casinos were also never the first choice for users to play in.

If they mean it works now better for them to have this terms, then good luck. We don't need them, because there are so many more companies with better terms & conditions.

It's a good example how a company can harms oneself and putting himself offside on relevant and important platforms like this with such conditions.
