Has anyone been paid by Prime Partners for November 2012? I've been e-mailing them without reply since 11 December.

I have also been emailing them a lot lately about my payment details. This has only been very recently so I have been putting down the lack of response to Christmas. What email addresses do you have for them other than the generic one please? I had emails for about 4 previous AM's but 3 of them have bounced back :/

My main contact was Avital and she's very good - probably too good, 'cos she got promoted and since then I've only been using the generic affiliates@ addy, dealing with Elke. I've been having trouble getting answers to questions for a couple of months.

I do hope so - Avital was/is awesome and I have a vague recollection of shouting about Prime's good support in a thread, many months ago. Since Avital went upstairs, however, support has been difficult to wake up. I don't believe it's a financial issue, we recently completed a prepaid deal and even with the wonga being paid up front, they still failed to respond to my e-mails, trying to optimise the campaign. On the plus side, the brand converted well and other than my missing November's revenue (which may even be under a threshold), they've paid promptly. They just need to demote Avital back to affiliate manager

I've today informed Prime that I've removed their coverage as a result of non-response and non-payment.

A quick update, finally did hear back from Prime, once I mentioned removing links! They reckon e-mails went missing (hmm, not sure about that).

Just wanted to give you guys an update from our side. Avital is still here in the company but Elke is no longer employed here at Prime. You can all contact me (Gal) through the regular affiliate program mail (affiliates@primepartners.com) and I promise a quick and prompt reply.
From what I got from my partners the service we give had greatly improved but I will let you be the judge of that (if you'll give us a second chance).
