Do you always reply to AM's with in 24hours?

"they need to know their place " do you have some kind of complex ?

its the same old story casinos need affiliates but affiliates also need casinos/aff programs

whats needed is mutual respect

The general consensus in this industry is if you get ignored for more than 24 hours by an affiliate manager they suck/scamming you.

I would like it if we pressured the affiliate managers by blacklisting them if they ignore for more than 24 hours.

And NO I'm not joking. They need to know their place and show some respect.

I know that question wasn't directed at me, but yes I do!

Just as a FYI, the programs I listed in my opening post did not reply for several days, weeks, and in 2 cases, MONTHS!
24 - 48 hours would be inconvenient, but acceptable to me - I wouldn't moan about that.

In the ideal world all my AM's would reply within hours, or be available on Skype or MSN (on a working day).

I agree with you weeks and months unacceptable , 48 hours is even a bit long, but smarrigrotta was very harsh.

There are good AM's and bad AM's just as there are good affs and bad affs , we all need to get along and work together.

Us affs have to worry about stats not being correct and payments being late and keeping our positions in the serps and , content being scraped ect

Am's have sh$t to deal with as well , targets to meet , being kept in the dark by bosses and owners, constant moaning from affs who complain about conversions and threaten to take them down, internal politics with other departments fighting to get their landing page or banner made asap, getting the anger and frustration vented at them every month from affs when accounts are late on payments.

One AM actually showed me his cell phone, he got 75 calls in one weekend from an aff and threatening sms messages over late payments.

So like i said in my previous post we both need each other.
We all need to know our places as equals :)
