It looks likely that Reel United has closed down. It's no longer possible to login to the backend and our affliate links are being redirected to https://slotofun.net/ which is instead promoting various brands, including Legend and Deckmedia.

Yes! I noticed links changing to other affiliate links and I emailed to complain to Jeff about this, he said it was being sold and the new owners were testing stuff.... Shady to say the least and affiliates were NEVER emailed!

I have seen this tactic before. Guess the logic behind it, is to redirect the trackers to an affiliate website. If you have like hundreds of affiliates and you dont update them, it will take months for all of them to notice. Sneaky!

I'm so happy I found this forum. I was a player here for the past year. I won a sizable amount (8k) on 1/1/25, and suddenly, after many successful withdrawals from this casino, they did not pay me my winnings, ignored email and chat support, and subsequently went offline. I'm desperately seeking answers from anyone in regards to this. I filed a complaint on LCB.org, and they said that the affiliate notified them that ownership of the casino was changing and they were going to pay out the pending withdrawals of the players. Here I am, over 3 months later with no answers and desperate to find ANYONE to contact about this. I'll be writing this as a PM to the admins with hopes they can point me in any direction as I seek some type of closure to this issue.

Hey @Clockwork im sorry to hear that. Based on the above comment @FictionNet did, i seriously doubt that you will get your money.

When something is wrong on the affiliate side, it's probably the same on player side. But please also go to askgamblers to submit a complaint. Maybe they can help.
