Refilliates accounts inaccessible

Yesterday I tried to access my Refilliates accounts for Tropica casino and Betvace casino (probably you know they manage multiple casino groups at the same website). Strangely the system reported my passwords do not match, later I tried the password reminder, and was stunned to see that I was reported my account doesn't exist. Strangely, at other platforms at Refilliates my accounts work, it is only at Betcave and Tropica where they do not. Actually those were the two accounts among the platfroms of Refilliates where I had frequent depositors, so I am quite worried now about this error.

Anyone having this problem?

I have same problem with all my accounts in refilliates, when I try to forgot password system shows me: "The username you entered could not be found" and "The email address you entered could not be found"

next thieves go to blacklist :)

Well, I wouldn't use so strong words yet, but why it is very upsetting is because my players has just started to seriously activate themselves last month, registration and deposit rate was at the all time best level and constantly increasing. There was such a big raise in comission that I really got suprised.

I hope this error won't affect the crediting of special bonuses set for my accounts and recording of new signups, else that upheaval will be put to end because if players don't receive the custom bonuses, they will not trust my site and I will loose traffic. Very disappointing that when you see the fruits of your job done, there is such a kind of error and maybe you have to start everything again...

I'm locked out of Tropica / Cash o' Lot, but Gibson, Ricardo's, and Sahara Sands still work. (Those are the only accounts I have with them.)

There is nothing 'not good' about them selling. They decided to go multi-platform and sold to another company. Dieter will straighten it out I am sure. I will contact him via email as well, but it has only been 1/2 day since he responded - give him a little time. I know waiting sucks - but new ownership is always going to provide *some* complications.

I'm not sure what the deal is. Refilliates was sold. The new owners have yet to respond. :(

Agreed. not real happy with that. I don't consider this the former-owner's problem, but still not thrilled with it. I wish I knew who the current owners were.

It's time to stop promoting them, IMO. At least until there is some clarification of what is going on.
