I blacklist all refiliate casinos back in 2015. I've since added ALL Rival powered casinos to that list.

You wanted to leave the US market and launch a licensed UK casino. That isn't really
a bad idea, but the problem was that it looks like you did nothing to safeguard the affiliates,
that you claim to have gone out of the way for over the past few years. You want to
have these same affiliates to promote your new brand, but it is looking as if you did nothing to
make sure that they would continue to hold on to their players when you sold the program.

It may be true that you didn't expect that the new owner would close the affiliate program,
but that isn't really a good excuse in business, when you could have easily added terms to the
sale that would have protected affiliates, or would have at least shown that you tried to protect
affiliates while selling the affiliate program. I think the biggest problem is that affiliates won't
easily trust the new affiliate program, because they could build up players over the months,
only to risk that these players will be lost if you decide to sell your business again.

At the very least, you should be offering the world to affiliates in order to get them on board
(for example: 100% commission for 3 months) or some other extreme measure to make up
for the mistakes that were made, or to at least try to give affiliates a reason to try again.

Thanks for the list. I would remove the ones that use multi-software. Those are not Rival owned so no reason to blacklist them imo. I mean Rival do not own Bovada and Bodog brands...

@Kadabra - AFAIK the casinos listed on DOCH, exclusively use Rival. If the list contains casinos who are mutli-platform, please advise and I'll remove them.

That statement is divergent. Dieter said to me, here on AGD, "NO ONE CARES", in reply to him using FU clauses to void my winnings, at Tropica.

EDIT: worse, he wasn't held accountable. To me, that seems to point to bias ... just sayin!
