Refilliates helping with Rival Payments

I was reviewing all the Rival casinos I list last month and decided to check that they were all contactable in case I have any problems / queries.
So I sent e-mails to all the ones I haven't had any contact with for ages (at least 1 year), and I was BITTERLY disappointed with the lack of responses from more than HALF of them!

Although a couple of these owe me overdue money, most don't and my e-mails simply asked them to make contact or face being dumped.
These are all the programs who have not replied in a week or more:

Vegas Sky (Extremely disappointed with them as I have sent over 500 players there - and they owe me money)
Ruby Royal
Spin Time
Pantasia
Bet Cave
Lion Slots
Simon Says

If anyone has ANY working contact info for any of the above, I would greatly appreciate if you would let me have the details.
If not - it's off to the trash can for the lot of 'em!

I told KK via PM that the delay could be because it was a holiday in Canada yesterday. I also added that we had escalated this matter to Rival. Rival replied immediately stating they would get the relevant operators to look into this thread ASAP.

If you don't hear from the operators within the next few days, then please PM me your name, surname, affiliate login, affiliate program name, amount owed and method of payment and I will ask Rival to look into each case.

I can't over-stress just how much I appreciate ANY sort of help you can offer over this matter!

As you know I have been a massive Rival since they first launched- I think the software, games and cashier system in particular are excellent. But in recent years I have become increasingly frustrated with the actions and inactions of some of the "loose canon" white label operators who have not only failed their affiliates and players, but also tarnished the Rival brand as a whole.

I will certainly let you know whether I hear from those casinos I mentioned above, or not. (Will give them until the weekend).

I will also prepare a list of all the other Rival casinos/affy people I have issues with, past or present. If you could just forward my message to Rival that would be fantastic.
I would love to be able to communicate with them direct, but as you know (like all software providers) they never talk directly to players or affiliates - and I don't even have a contact e-mail to send my concerns to. At least if you are able to forward something to them I will know they have seen it, if nothing else.

Just received confirmation that only 1 of your Rival accounts qualifies wrt the minimum amount been reached and this will be paid within a few days. 2 Other programs have not made the minimum payment amount yet.

Will do what I can to help KK. Rival said they would contact the operators listed here and ask them to reply; Hopefully this will happen soon. Please PM me when ready and I will share with Rival. P.s. They are also aware of this thread.
