You have a US bank account as a Payment option and they can't pay to that. They say that you have registered a UK address. Is it not possible to get a UK bank account or ewallet like Skrill / Neteller / Click2Pay?

It's not that they don't want to pay, it's that they can't.

As an FYI - I have lots of programs that pay me via Wire to my US bank account (including other Rival operators). It is not possible for me to get a UK bank account at this time, I would have to travel there to get it. I can't have Skrill or Click2Pay (I don't think). I had a moneybookers account which went to Skrill and signed up for a new one just now. But I thought US wasn't allowed for that also??

They could have paid me via wire by now for sure Or a simple check.

And I don't have a UK address... their guy Viktor changed everything to send the payment to himself at one point so that he could then transfer it to me (via Payspark). Then that didn't work either for some reason.

Why are they the only program that can't pay me via wire or check?

Hi,

I have asked if they can't get the operator to pay another Rival and to then have that Rival pay you. It might be that their wire provider does not do US gaming related payments. I do not know who the operator is or their back-office set-up.

Point here though is that it's not that they don't want to pay you. It's completely different to a casino refusing to pay.

I will let you know what they come back with.

Well surprise surprise - I've only heard back from one - Pantasia.
That was a bit odd too - I sent a second e-mail using the slightly different e-address Dieter gave above, but the reply came from the original address I first used more than 2 weeks ago...

But anyway, that means I have still not heard a peep from ANY of these guys:

BTW Tropica owes ups a good sum & so does 400 affiliates of course 400 will not pay since it is under $500 well that is the excuse now for 2 yrs...lol I find it hard to believe that NO players have spent a penny in any of them casinos in over 2 yrs... LMAO!!

I think you are correct.

I pulled most my Rivals long ago. its too bad because I did decent promoting the 400 Group.
But then we had the suspended players, banned players, plus the usa, and if I remember correctly the canada pull out. The $1k min doesn't help.
However, the clincher was when I started to notice there were no more deposits yet I could see the last log in date, so I was not sure if the players were just looking to see if there was any bonus money or what. I believe that's what I was told.

since KK op'd I decided to take a peek, I see a previously depositing NZ player that logged in a few times, the last being 6/20/13. no deposits though.

right now I only promote the two from Affactive.

On a sad note, my documents for Lion slots says I signed up under Pat.

I registered a gmail account and tested all those programs and I received replies. I wonder if your mail is not going to Spam on their end. Rival have a built-in mailing system, so mails are rendered in the back-office and not in Outlook or other mail solutions.

To be fair to 400, after they were forced to stop taking USA players in April 2011, activity at ALL Rival casinos took a serious nose-dive...
Since then I've only been earning peanuts (or less) from all the Rivals who don't take USA players. Just ask Tropica!
(Though recently I caught a "mini-whale" from the UK at a 400 Group casino, so things are looking up)

Personally, being only a relatively small affiliate, I wouldn't work with ANY program which has a $500 minimum pay-out, let alone $1,000. I could (and have) be waiting years between payments! I realise you have no choice if you live in America - except the choice not to work with them.

I think the Rival back-end is one of the best and most secure in the business and it's extremely unlikely that 400 Group (or any other programs) are doing anything "dodgy". The problem is they struggle to compete outside the USA because they are up against bigger, more well-known brands like MicroGaming, NetEnt, Playtech, etc. In the USA their main rival (no pun intended!) is RTG - and Rival certainly have them licked with better game selections and bonus offers.

Rival have contacted their operators and asked for all payments above $50 to be approved. These ewallet payments will be processed between 15 and 18 September and any wires will be processed at month end.

CaseyM - It's been confirmed now that your balance is just over the minimum and will be paid later this month. Not sure who your AM is at Always Vegas, however I have been advised that the email is working and manned. Please mail them and let me know if no reply by Monday.

Hopefully you will all receive what's due to you this month or in the near future.
