Registration question

I've signed up at Genesys usig the AGD banners almost a month ago and did not receive the confirmation email. Two weeks ago I've sent them an email asking about my registration but they never responded to me. Can someone tell me how long it takes to be accepted at Genesys?

Thanks bonustreak for your help. Anyway, it's very strange that if one manager is on vacation the whole affiliate system will stop taking new sign-ups. I'll wait and see what's happening.

Another week and still no response from this "platinum affiliate". I don't think I want to promote anymore such a "responsive" program.
