[RESOLVED] Affcash No-Payment and Late Payment

Has anyone else received their March 2014 affiliate payment yet? Ours has still not showed up and it's the 29th of the month here.

Last month we did not receive our Feb payment until the 24th of March, which makes it late as per Affcash Terms & Conditions which state that:

"AffCash shall make monthly commission payments to the Affiliate within fifteen (15) business days of the close of each calendar month, by the payment method indicated, provided it exceeds a minimum of $150."

I looked over last months late payment and didn't make a big deal about it to Nick or anyone else but now with this months payment already way late again and still un-paid I'm concerned that this program is totally underfunded. Otherwise why the consistent late payment and no-payment for this month?

Also, I've sent Nick 2 emails since the 21st of this month and both have gone unreplied to. He had sent me an email on the 21st saying that our payment should have already gone out and that he would check with accounting and get back to us. So I gave him the benefit of doubt on that one and waited until the 24th to send him another email because I had not heard back from him.

Andy, if you still trust this program and Nick I would appreciate if you can find out for us what the heck is going on here and when we can expect to be paid our March 2014 affiliate payment. It's well over the minimum needed for any payment.

*I really hate posting this here, it's a waste of my time and I'm sure it won't help the program any. Sorry, but it is what it is.

Affcash is the absolute slowest paying BetOnSoft program that we work with and we work with all of them with basically no issues.

Hi Gents,

We experienced a problem with a specific processor (same as was used the previous month for aff payments). Payments were sent for processing on April 8th and I was unaware of the delay until TheGamblingGuru brought it to my attention.

I'm hoping this situation is resolved this week and we can turn things around in May with a quick payment.

Andy, please mark this thread as Resolved since I heard back from Nick today and we also received the missing payment today.

I was relieved when I got back on my computer this evening and read Nick's email and then checked to see that our affiliate payment had posted to our account. I'd also like to say that Nick handled this issue with professionalism and the manner in which he replied to my email was articulate. I appreciate that Nick.

Nick, I understand growing pains, we are also going through them now as well, so just one simple request going forward, please don't wait as long to reply to future emails. Thanks again for taking care of this Nick.
