The minimum payout amount for crypto wallets is 100 euros, and only in December your balance became more than this amount, so you were able to make a request only in December.

We want to emphasise that we fulfil all obligations to our partners, and if you made a request in the current month, in most cases, the request is paid by the end of the calendar month. This is what happened with your payment — it was sent on 23.12.
