RESOLVED: Joya Affiliates is gone?

Hi

Lately I've been going through my partner list and noticed that I have pending/unpaid commission (for multiple months) from Joya Casino/Affiliates. Reached out to my manager without any success, complete ignore

Could anyone from AGD team help me a bit by reaching out to them and asking what's happening? Maybe they just decide to ignore small/mid affiliates..

@MissExposé just FYI it was not resolved at all, at least at the moment. Manager has reached out to me and said it will be paid, but he also said that he's leaving the company so I'm not sure if there will be any progress
