RESOLVED - Nethive Refusal to pay commission earned since 2020

We’ve been trying to resolve an unpaid affiliate earnings since 2020 from Nethive.

I’ve been in touch with Dylan Gomez repeatedly, but we’re just running in circles.

The current balance is a total of 2187 earned since July 2020 up till brands were removed due to unpayments.

We have been more than patient providing them with various banking details etc. Even PayPal account to get funds as they claim to have tried several times to pay.

But here we are still trying to get money from Nethive – Playtech.

Maybe this will give them some sort of urgency as we should have done this many years ago but giving organisation the benefit of the doubt is my fault.

The most recent reply was as follow:

“hey Mario apologies for the delay in replies I will get you a formal reply this afternoon”

Well, that was 15 days ago. Assuming the reply is via postal services or smoke rings.

Either way I have had enough of this as the matter is to simply pay us into our PayPal account and we move forward. No issues with can’t pay to bank account etc. due to what ever reasons they can come up with.

Nethive is a stain on the Affiliate landscape and presumably Socii will be as well. This non payment thing from Playtech is so old - I had it back in the day with the old Playtech programs - the one that William Hill took over - cant remember what it was called. I know its a lot - but honestly you'll be waiting till doomsday till and they still wont pay. If you are in the UK - Small Claims Court might be a option
