Been trying to get a hold of my AM for the last week to alert him to some new things and he hasn't bothered to respond. There is still very much an issue on my end and I'm very annoyed this always seems to arise at least once a year and its always a technical mistake on their end (that takes seconds to fix internally I'm sure)...
Hows everyones stats looking past 5-6 days. Dont seem to update on my end, they say all is good
I happen to know a new AM is on his way to RN. Someone I have dealt with at another reputable brand for years and met several times in person too. Not updating for me. Must be selective. The last time they "Sync" the data was last March as well. Go Figure, the last event to make a decent sum before the next Football season.Good to hear. Hopefully I hear back from Pierre or someone eventually. It looks like the system is doing some kind of update for March as I’m now seeing zeroes for all but the last 4 days of that month after checking my account every few hours earlier…
It’s still a very weird circumstance and I’m hoping revenue and stats are properly restored and we all get answers from someone…especially if it’s happening to more people than just me.
