Hi. I can tell you. We have our own casino product on brazil. Many partners work on the Revshare model
Let's say a player makes a deposit today. He disappears for two months and then decides to play again. And you'll get paid for him. With the CPA model, you'll only get paid once per month. Revshare is an investment for the long term.

A CPA = click per action. Which means, when a referred player signs up via an affiliate link, makes the minimum deposit (for the agreed upon CPA), then the affiliate is paid ONCE, and ONCE ONLY, for the player.

You need to go back to Affiliate Manager school

I've worked with the CPA model before, and I can assure you that as long as you meet the criteria, you can expect to receive payments every month
