Dear community, we kindly ask you for support to clarify this unpleasure situation with Rexaffiliates.com program which owns the following Casino Brands: RickyCasino CasinoRex CasinoNic DundeeSlots and QueenSpins.

They are refusing to pay our affiliate revenue from January 2024 and blocked our account after asking them for payment several times. They hold our funds from January, additionally future revenue share payments.

Just to clarify a few things. Our traffic was pure SEO organic traffic. They were in plus after 1.5 months since we started bringing them traffic, so the quality of traffic was not an issue. In fact, we do not know what their problem is as they don´t tell us anything. We have stopped traffic until further clarification.

Summary: we worked together since 2022, provided very high-quality SEO traffic, we brought them around 4000 new depositing players since that time. We had/have a smooth hybrid deal, so all was perfect until they started shuffling staff, our direct affiliate manager was gone in one day, the new one is lying that he is not our AM (screenshots made he is our AM) the other one does not reply at all.

I will say, there are a lot of up-happy players at these casinos. Payment issues and even accusations of game rigging are not uncommon, when I read player reviews.

The program Rexaffiliates.com currently resides in the AGD Predatory Section, which, isn't stellar. Besides that, their Real Commission Percentages are woefully bad. Clip joint comes to mind!

Seems this operator scams affiliate partners just as much as it rorts their players.

@AlexanderGross - knowing all this; not hard to find this info, I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

I suppose you now know how players feel who haven't been paid!

I have zero sympathy for anyone who promotes shit-hole casinos.

You are right they do have many bad player reviews but IMO the lucky ones are mostly not going to spend their time reviewing brands... but at the same time brands that care about players are going to motivate players via personal VIP support by writing theyer honest opinions in SoMo BUT here again is more effort requested....

We had all the time no issues with them and had amazing support from AM, but since this year something changed significantly, we stopped all our traffic for them until all is set.

Also wondering why they didn´t even tried to contact us for weeks, is not something that shows a good partner relationship

Many if not all garbage programs can look and feel harmfull and can even pay commissions in the early stages of the affiliating but in the end, if their roughed, found in the garbagebin at AGD, they can and probably will vaniche in the thin "all of the sudden".

agree, unfortunately...
The question is here how to protect yourself from issues like that? As I know all the official agreements are also not as safe as they should be.

we have tried many times to contact them via skype, telegram, email, afilka team, even via our previous AM who is no longer a part of the company, but we still are missing any replay

the only detail we have been told via the ex AM is they are unsatisfied that we stopped all our traffic - any advice here to save the "F" word?... incredibly bold

Haha, it is so bizarre. We get bombarded almost daily by them about re-listing after we blacklisted them few years ago after some shady shit. Have even blocked them on Skype but they make new accounts and emails to continue :D

And ironically it is extremely hard to get a reply when the matter is about their liabilities towards affiliates. LOL.

@AlexanderGross Sorry to say, but no response came in. We tried with sending one more reminder email in hopes we will get more info this time.
Do you maybe have some news?
Thank you,
Unfortunately no updates yet, looking for a debt collector company that can help us.

If anyone knows good guys in UK with affiliate and gambling experience please send details, we have all evidence.
