Anyone else experiencing similar issues with RTG stats as I am?
Some of the smaller issues I've experienced of late are:
On Tuesday the 19th of July RTG had a global problem where stats for all SA programs were showing in dollars instead of Rands.
It was then that I noticed that my stats were suddenly in the negative for this particular casino. The currency problem was fixed when I checked my stats the next day but my earnings were in the negative for this particular casino. I checked further and discovered that the stats showing where the player played all their winnings back had dissapeared or rather were not showing the correct figure.
I fired off an email to my aff manager (20th July) and received a reply back five days later (25th July). He did not seem to understand or believe what I was saying and wished me well that my stats would return to the positive before month end.
Needless to say I lost my cool and replied back that my eyes were not deceiving me. I immediately placed warnings on my home page and each seperate review for the casinos this program promotes.
I was contacted again to say that he would ask RTG to investigate my claim. When I checked my stats this morning those figures were back to the correct figures.
I wonder if RTG would have detected this error without an investigation? How many other similar but smaller problems like this have gone un-noticed by myself and other affiliates?
