Rival - Processing Issues ReVisited

In light of the information by First Gaming Partners, I would like to discuss what I (and many others) have been saying for a LONG time now. It has always been dismissed, but I think the one thing that has been TRULY HONEST lately about Rival Gaming is highlighted below:

Unfortunately the Rival gaming platform hasn't lived up to our expectations over the past few months.
Because of continued and prolonged processing problems you might have seen your conversion ratios
and player values erode. We had no other option, but to drop Rival. We sincerely hope that Rival will
continue honoring their affiliate commitments as they have done in the past. Your players will be able
to continue playing on the sytem and thus you will continue receiving checks from them. However
we ask you not to send further traffic to our front page.

We wish you continued success in your affiliate endeavors.

I really feel that this is the very first time anyone has told us the absolute truth here. I've felt this was the issue since I brought it up several months back... However, many Rival operators have said this wasn't true.

So - what is true? Take the Poll!

Primarily, yes. But exclusively, no.

I've had issues converting ALL rival casinos since about 3 months ago. I've talked to many people who noticed the same problem.

Sloto is better than the rest from my stats, but isn't where it used to be for me.

It's certainly possible. It is also very likely that all Rivals use many of the same processors (and then some of their own).

I am pretty surprised, though, that we have had many views with only 2 votes

but I would vote for something like

Think more aspects cause very low conversion/retention

Can you add something like that?


I really think it is not only processing issues
I also believe some get bored fast from the games
I am not excited for to long playing at a Rival - like the RTG Slots much better, but ok maybe that is just me.

The common support might be an issue too.
The promotions - many of the Rivals started giving bonuses like 300/500% and then there is a max. cashout of 5 times the bonus.

While I agree Rival conversion and retention across the board sucks, come on you surely don't believe that statement was actually posted by the affiliate program? Its pretty obvious they have been hacked or had domains stolen and whoever the disgruntled person is who did it has posted that.

I have heard truckloads of BS from affiliate programs in my time and never once have I heard one program talking as honestly and straight as that in public. And if its too good to be true it usually is.

I didn't see my voting prefrence, so I am writting one in.

I droped all RIVAL casinos like smelly underware.

After I dropped them, two months ago, my existing players have deposited a total of $540 and then went on to win (for the first time) more than that...

As you can see, I made my cashout request May-11th - in a few hours time that will be FOUR days ago - and still no payment received in my Neteller account.
As you can also see, this is NOT my first cashout there.

Rival, if you're reading, THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

Note: I don't mean for me personally - I can wait.
But if you treat all your players with such contempt they will go to casinos using different software.
