Riviera Rewards money disappeared from my account, what happens?

Good morning guys.
This morning I logged into my rivierarewards affiliate control panel and I notice that more than 30% of my earnings have disappeared from my account without receiving any alerts or emails from anyone.

I work with them with 40% of revenue share but now checking I notice that instead my earnings are less than 20%, why this?

Can anyone help me understand what's going on? What is this suppressed without any warning?

I thought RIviera Rewards was a serious company but I'm starting to have my doubts.

Can anyone help me understand?

Do any of you work for this company?

What is happening ?

Maybe they have added other new taxes?

Is it normal to put taxes on past players?

If this were the case, we would be talking about 32% total taxes and it would really be a criminal act on their part.

Anyone help me?

We received a reply from the representatives. Please send them an email and they will contact you directly for an explanation. "Money was not taken from the affiliate accounts, but the processing fees have increased and this is applicable to all affiliates" is the update we received.
