Royal Partners not paying!!!

We would like to bring the notice that Fresh Casino Brand of Royal Partners - Affiliate Program not clearing our Dec'23.

Whole Story:
We promoted their brand in the month of Dec'23 . We somehow manage to surpass the test budget and did 34 FTDs in total and initially when we asked them for the feedback they delayed the feedback with over 15 days, and after continuously reminders they provide the feedback and deducted all our users and only validating 3 FTDs and stating all the users are fraud, When we ask them for the fraud report , Our affiliate manager is continuously saying that we will not provide any further reports.

Any one else facing the same issue with them?

i certainly agree with you. We need to eliminate such brands from the market. They are also spoiling the good brands who are decent to their affiliates.

@amigomedia - so I'm guessing the "test" was based on CPA?

@xisotme - while I agree certain program need a kick in the backside, and others, need to be unceremoniously thrown from the industry, the number of dodgy, rogue affiliates, far out number the program scammers.

Not a week goes by at AGD, without some CPA scammer, who, has clearly offered an incentive-scheme, crying rivers that an affiliate program has stolen their commission. When the dust settles, it's pretty obvious, the affiliates is a scammer, who, has not only tried to shakedown the affiliate program, but also spin a load of fabricated Bullshit to AGD members and staff.

Of the 7 posts made by the OP, all are about not being paid. All seems relating to NEW-CPA Deals!

There is no doubt that there are many affiliates who don't have good traffic source.
But on the fact if they are providing fraud and client is justifying the same by providing the fraud report. Then the deduction is totally acceptable. In our case, Our affiliate manager is not even providing any report.

Just a quick heads up about Fresh Casino from Royal Partners. So, we crushed it in December '23 - 34 FTDs! But guess what? They sliced our commission, calling our users fraud. No deets, no transparency. ‍♂️ Anyone else dealing with this crap? Let's chat and figure this out together!
