SCAM ALERT, BE AWARE!!!
Dear Colleagues, I represent FUMMA (also known as ITuniverse). Our company has been a trusted name in the industry for the past six years, renowned for the exceptional quality of our traffic—our primary competitive advantage. We consistently achieve a multi-million-euro monthly turnover with some of the largest players in the market. We have been collaborating with the brand Playmoola dot com, which operates under the Fair Game Software KFT (Easy Rocket) platform and is managed by GUREVIC DOO. While we received the payment of €6,160 for March's traffic, the payment of €124,043 for April and May remain outstanding. Notably, as per their affiliate dashboard, the users we directed to their platform during this unpaid period have already deposited €146,325.All agreements and campaigns were verified by the brand’s representatives, who guaranteed monthly payments. However, they have repeatedly failed to honour these commitments. We have conducted numerous discussions, especially during times of staff turnover within their team, requiring us to repeatedly reconfirm figures and resubmit invoices—each time being reassured that payment was forthcoming. Recently, the brand underwent a complete management change, and once again, we were assured that all pending invoices would be settled. Despite initial confirmation, they are now attempting to withhold payment, presenting unfounded excuses. Such as, claiming that although the deals were established in their system with specific terms, the commissions were incorrectly configured on their end, and therefore do not reflect the total sum owed; alleging that previous deals were not approved by their former manager, despite our possession of comprehensive screenshots and video recordings that clearly show the deals being confirmed and set up accordingly in their affiliate program.
The fact remains— they have received over €146,325 from our traffic so far, yet refuse to pay our €124,043 commission, which starkly reveals their true motives and scam practices.
Given these circumstances, we have begun the initial steps of the legal proceedings. I urge everyone to exercise caution and avoid engaging with this deceitful brand and its management. Protect your money and nerves—do not fall into the same trap!
