Should i be concerned

Hello and thank you for your time. I am new to the affiliate marketing scene but have done quite well i would say bringing in 3 to 4k a month in commissions per month and have already brought over 6k in new sign ups to the casinos im promoting since i started 5 months ago. Everything was going well withpayments so far. I was getting paid on the 19th for the prior months pay which i thought was quite awhile to have to wait but i was ok with it. This month its now the 25th i believe and i have not received my payment and i have messaged with a suport ticket 3 times now being very polite and asking if i could get a eta on when i could expect to get my pay and have not been able to get a response from them. Is this normal or should i beconcerned. I need to pay bills and could really use this payment. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks again

In addition to what was said above: if you find the affiliate program listed on AGD - you can create a post under that specific aff program's thread. Some AMs and representatives check out these threads occasionally and can provide a reply.

It is usually not set in stone when programs pay. Some promise to pay by the 10th, some by the 25th or even by the end of the following month. It is also natural that the operators don't always abide their own payment terms and delays are quite common

I'm wondering which program we're talking about here. How ever, as others mentioned, it varys on which date they actually pay. The can also have some technical restructure, which affects payments 1 month, causing delays.

Guessing it all got sorted out, since there was no update here?
