If you want to encourage more giving, this is not the way to do it.

Sorry for only focusing on one sentence of your great post Tovey, but this needs to be pounded into their heads.

Star Partner digs it's own grave deeper and deeper each time they do this kind of thing. Why can't you just leave well enough alone? Instead of forcing these kinds of things on affiliates, why don't you just talk to them on msn, skype, email or whatever and just nicely ask for a little more exposure?

There's no reason to act this way, and it's not helping you at all.

Good point. It does seem like they are having financial issues; otherwise, they wouldn't need to reach into their partners' pockets like this. It might be wise for everyone to steer players away from Star Partner's casinos...

So what should we all do about there it is clear they intend to use retroactive changes to the agreed upon 35% that many of us had and change earnings of players we brought under that agreement to 27%. It will be interesting to see what my actual payout will be since this has happened.

I myself have taken almost all our links and banners down, I will not send these thieves another player if I can help it.

I would take down their links (as you did) and also think about warning players about the financial woes this company seems to be having. If they need to take money out of their affiliates' pockets, it could only be a matter of time before they start shaking down their players.
